He takes a look at the problem, tells you if he will need to order parts and how long the job could potentially take. I'm always out by around 1pm even when parts need to be ordered! The secretary woman who is always there is super sweet and usually has snacks, like homemade brownies, in the waiting area. She comes out with updates about your car occasionally if she feels you've been waiting too long. I started coming here because of my mother and she recommended myself and my Nana and we haven't gone anywhere else for years. They are great!
