Never bring your car here. I'm an African American male and I brought in my car due to the car breaking down in traffic. I waited for them to call me back with updates and on the second day they had it, they told me they have yet to work on it. The day after, they told me they believe the car was stolen and that is keeping them for working on it (Mind you, I pay for the car, insurance and the title and registration is in MY NAME). I gave them one last call after leaving them a message, after an entire day, they didn't receive the message and still haven't worked on the car. I gave them no money, and the team showed me no respect. If you have to go anywhere, don't go here! read more

I am so pleased with the experience I just had at Audy Auto Center. My car was making a concerning sound, so I requested service through their website. Within 15 minutes I heard back. Dropped off the car and within a couple of hours, everything was taken care of. The two individuals I spoke to were pleasant, knowledgable and professional. The waiting area is confortable and clean. What a great experience. Thrilled to have found my new mechanic. Great job guys! read more

Reliable service and a trustworthy group of mechanics that work hard. Great work all!

Great owner, great staff, great prices. Went to them on numerous occasions ranging from standard check-ups to car alarm problems and they had me covered every time. Most recently my side-view mirror got smashed off and they had it replaced within 24-hours! The only problem is I can't take them with me when I move... Thanks, guys! read more

My favorite mechanic retired 3 years ago and I decided to try Audy Auto Center for maintenance of my Mazda 6. I've used them for oil changes, installation of aftermarket suspension parts that I've supplied, coolant replacement, brake fluid replacement, serpentine belt replacement, brake pad & rotor replacement. Their prices are consistently 30% lower than dealer quotes but that's not the only reason I keep going back. They don't try to upsell you. They tell you what ought to be done now, what can wait another 10K miles and why. Nick, Joe and John treat the customer and their fellow workers with respect and good natured humor. Give them a try and like me, you won't be going anywhere else. read more

I have been bringing my car to Jack since I moved to Dedham in 1988. He is awesome. Great work and great prices. My son and daughter now bring their cars to him. He is extremely trustworthy! Thank Jack for taking such great of our family car needs. read more

Never again. Avoid like a plague! Very expensive and sneaky. They replace parts that don't need even replacing. There are plenty of other mechanics in the area. I live nearby and I'll never, ever use them again. I know other neighbors with the exact same opinion. AVOID! You'll save yourself grief and money.... read more

They have been super fast and super helpful with all my car repairs and Auto needs! Where do I even begin!?!? They are so friendly! They treat me like family and Nick and the team knows exactly how to fix any problem with a super low cost compared to other dealers and auto businesses! I have compared the prices and he always has the best deal and best option! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

My breaks were squeaking real bad and brought them to get replaced. After a few weeks or so they started squeaking again, so I brought it back and at first said there was nothing wrong. Then it kept persisting and after the third time of looking they "warranteed" the breaks, saying they replaced the defective part. After a couple of days the breaks began squeaking again, now they are louder than ever. Wouldn't bring my car back. In summary, replaced breaks twice, still loud. Clearly did not do a decent job. read more

Took my car here after I was told from a previous mechanic that my 08 Toyota Highlander engine was on its last leg. Was recommended this auto center from a friend and although I was coming from north of Boston, and the commute wasn't pretty, I'm glad I brought my car here. John and his team inspected my car and told me that it is fine to do a long road trip. I did, and my car is fine. He walked me through my car with the new technology gadgets he purchased and explained step by step what was going on and what he was doing. I appreciated that he was thorough and honest. He gave me his opinion of the car and said there were some work that I could do now, but not necessary yet. I appreciated that he was honest unlike other mechanics who would just tell you the most ridiculous things. read more

Audy's Auto Center is the best! I have had my car, as well as my son's car, serviced here for the past two years and what I most appreciate is that they are straightforward and transparent about pricing (and the prices are much more reasonable than the quotes I received from the dealership). The work was done with great attention to detail, and the needed repairs were described in a way a non-mechanic could understand. Also, they are friendly and quick with the fixes. Highly recommend. read more

Joe made my Jeep look amazing. I was hesitant on doing work because I was leaning towards trading in my Jeep. I gave joe a price range and an idea of what I want me Jeep to look like. I am beyond happy with what he created. I will defiantly be keeping this bad boy! Very fairly priced as well as efficient. I was prepared to be without a car for a week, I got it back in two days. Anyone that has a Jeep I would take it here and ask for Joe. read more

Great guys, very professional and quality work. You can trust these people! They communicate with you!

I decided to try Audy Auto because of the reviews on here. I made a same day appointment to replace a bent rim with a new rim. The guys were super awesome, nice & professional. I am very pleased with their work! Quick & done right! They didn't try to upsell me like other places always do, or tell me something else was wrong with my car. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I want to leave a good review because I received excellent service from Nick and the mechanics at Audy Auto Center. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who puts the customers first then go here. read more

Audys are simply the best. You know the stress you get when your car isn't working and you prob shouldn't try fix it or don't have the time? They put your mind at ease with their personable customer service and top notch work at an incredible price. I refuse to take my car any where else and my family has started as well and they understand now as well. read more

Took my car there today after a horrible and frustrating experience at Pep Boys in Dedham. I called Audy regarding a nail in my tire from Pep Boys parking lot after I had waited an hour and a half there and was told it was going to be at least another hour to even get my car looked at (when I had an appointment and the whole procedure should have taken 30 minutes) and was told I could come right in and be seen within 15 minutes. Although my tire did not end up needing patching I was so pleased with how friendly and prompt the service was and to top it off, they did not charge me for removing the nail or testing out the tire for me. I will definitely be back when something else comes up with my car and would recommend Audy's for sure based on my experience. read more

I've been a greatly satisfied customer of Jack (and now his sons) since circa 1986... probably right around the time Jack bought what was then Ames Street Mobil. If you want a mechanic who is always looking after your best interest, and also knows their stuff, this is the place to go. Can't tell you how many times I've had them tell me I DON'T need something done that I've asked for, as well as when I do need something done when I haven't. Can't recommend them highly enough! read more

I moved to Dedham three years ago into the condos across the street from Audy. From day one Nick, Joe and team have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. They are so responsive, honest, efficient and they do great work that they stand by. I honestly cant say enough good things about these guys! Look no further for a mechanic! read more

I always enjoy bringing my car in for any issues I might have. The service is great, the prices are reasonable and everyone greets you with a smile. No matter what the issue is with my car they are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I feel safer knowing my car has been worked on by Audy Auto Center. read more
