This place used to be better. My interaction with them recently was less than pleasant. I went to get a couple of things done on my car. On the morning I went to drop off my car, the person in the front was extremely rude. Instead of listening to what I was asking to be done he chose to over talk which lead to him not understanding what I was saying. I asked the person to listen instead of over talking but that lead no where. I then asked for the owner to give me a call before they started work on my car so I had a rough idea of cost and I immediately was made to feel like I was going to get scammed. I explained to the guy that I had the service done at other places so I was aware roughly what it will cost and he told me he did not care what others costs are that it's going to be expensive. When I asked what he thought the cost would be and he just refused to say anything. I had to asked more than once for the man to return my keys before he gave me the keys to my car. I told him that I no longer wanted to get service done there. read more

These guys are top notch. Their prices are very fair. They do amazing work and try to find the cheapest solution for you. I dented my bumper and some other shops around said I needed to replace the whole thing. I called these guys to get a windshield replacement quote for my car over the phone and the first man to answer sounded displeased. I greeted him and asked if I could get a quote (and described my car) he cut me off saying they "take that from the insurance company,call them and they'll tell you". I said "no, I'm looking to pay out of pocket,there was no accident that caused this,I just want to replace my windshield". He cut me off again saying "yea,just tell the insurance and they give you a claim number and that's how we go from here". Confused, I replied "I don't think we're understanding each other", and this man hung up in my face. So rude. Lacking of professionalism and the ability to effectively communicate. They won't be receiving any of my business. Wish I could give them 0 stars. read more

So right after a snow storm my windshield sprayer stopped spraying so I drove it in there and the guy came right out and fixed it! Now this wasn't a simple fix! He had to take the hood off just to get out the piece that would let you in where all the stuff was. It was the tubing inside that had to be clipped and replaced. It took over an hour and the guy fixed everything and I could see again! He only charged me 80 bucks and off I went! Seriously I wanted to hug the guy but he didn't seem like that type. My car wouldn`t start right outside the shop so, I just brought my car here to be seen. They quoted me at 375.00 for the car part, and 90.00 for labor. Since they were replacing a sending unit, I thought it was decent. I decided against it because my normal mechanic said he could check the car out if I could get it started, and if it was a quick fix they wouldn`t charge me. I ended up paying top auto 50.00 to get the car going. Then I went to my normal mechanic and he fixed the electric head on the sending unit and my car has been starting ever since without fail. So far turns out, it isn`t the sending unit, so it was a misquote on them. On a different note, THEY ALSO STOLE MY MONEY! I mistakenly forgot to take my year`s worth of saved up quarters from my coin bucket. One of the mechanics had sticky fingers and took all but 34 quarters. They took around 15.00 in quarters! thats around 60 quarters, and a dollar coin! WHAT A SHOP. THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! I was furious, I called the owner to ask him about the incident, said he would call me back, NEVER DID. I went to confront RAY the owner, and he basically said, there`s nothing he can do because who is stupid enough to admit to stealing. On top of this, he also told me he left my car outside UNLOCKED so someone off the street could have stolen the money... ?!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!???? REALLY? WHO LEAVES CARS UNLOCKED ON THE STREET? If a thief did steal my money why didnt they steal anything else? YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE HERE. IF YOU EVER LEAVE IT HERE YOU THINGS WILL BE MISSING. Ball joint went out a couple blocks from these guys so I used them. Service was quick and fine as far as price. However I started smelling something strange, and hearing funny noises from my engine bay. Took the car into my regular mechanic and he said the axel wasn't put back into place when the ball joint was fixed. Ball joint- $200. Fixing axel ruined by poor ball joint replacement-$350. Guess it's a he said she said sort of thing. read more
