I'm kind of surprised there aren't more reviews for Royale Glass. I wouldn't have found them had my car dealership not said it is who they use for their own windshield replacements. I had an experience with their competitor years ago on another one of my vehicles (the competitor who gets the majority of auto glass replacement business since they also serve as the Glass coordinator for most insurance companies and then use non-OEM glass and other products to repair your windshield). That experience (with their competitor) left me with a non-OEM windshield which leaked and I had to go back to get it fixed. I didn't want non-OEM glass this time, I wanted the exact same windshield my car came with, and that's exactly what I got. In addition, their customer service is excellent, from the second I reached out to them, they were in communication via text messages. The only delay in the process was having to wait for car dealer themselves to have a loaner vehicle available and the fact that the dealer themselves was backed up and it took them a few days to get to my re-calibration, but during that time I was driving a beautiful loaner car, 6 years newer than mine for free, so I have no complaints. A+ for Royale Glass, I will definitely use them the next time I have an auto glass need. read more

I did not have glass coverage on my car and all the big companies wanted over $325 to replace my windshield. Another problem with the big companies is it took over a half hour on the phone to get a price. When I called Royale Glass I spoke to one person, gave them my info and they called me back within minutes with a quote that was less than all the big companies. After I confirmed that I was going to go with them I was able to communicate via text message to get all the details. The day of the install I received a phone call and they were at my work replacing my windshield. Friendly, fast and local. I have learned my lesson about insurance coverage but if I ever need my glass replaced again I will be going with Royale Glass! read more
