Finally, an Air shock has now gone I called, a gentlemen Ross answered and stated bring the vehicle to our mechanic shop in Chelmsford which I did, and the mechanic explained that it has some issues that might run between 9-15k. MMM had car for 3 months interesting, he told me he would contact me to speak (never received call) My vehicle is now at Bentley dealership and they are handling it all plus fixing bumper for less the half!!!!!!!! Oh, and found out that the shock that went was a knock off an after manufacture one....

That u pushes throw a cut out hole on metal bumper about 1 inch round hole which these little prongs hold in the hole Which the auto body shop installed a week or so before I was told the auto body shop super glued the wire to the metal. I don't care what they did! It's two wires it never should have cost that much in my option. So I ask for a break and it was a no! One more thing was @ 144 a hour then there 10 percent for shop expenses on each completion job it turn out to be about 166 a hour. Some what price yee! So beware. Nice persons work there.

My car had never been detailed before, and they did a great job. I am amazed that it looks brand new - I've received so many compliments. Taking off one star for the waiting experience. There is a waiting room, but it does not have AC and needs updating. Alex was unable to give a time estimate. He initially said ~2 hours, but it ended up taking nearly 5. I don't disagree, my car had never been detailed - but it would have been helpful to plan my day a bit better.

When I dropped my car off, the floor carpet, seat upholstery and buttons/ vertical crannies around the emergency brake were crusty with four years of spilled milky coffee and smoothies. Really, really gross. It's now spotless, and best of all doesn't smell like anything (I opted for no air freshener), where yesterday it smelled like curdled soymilk mold. Alex even removed all the leaves and dirt that had collected under the hood. He was able to do an interior detailing within 4 hours for $100 less than other shops who looked at my car in despair and said their process would take two or three days given the state of everything. Sometimes businesses with high Yelp ratings disappoint, leading one to hypothesize that they must've paid some "reputation management" outfit to inflate their numbers through the use of shill reviews by AI-generated sock-puppet accounts. (Yelp tries to combat that but there's only so much they can do given today's scale of shady internet shenanigans.) Well this is one place that totally does deserve all its glowing feedback! This place turns out to be an owner-operated business, and I dealt directly with the owner who was a both very knowledgeable and relatable young man, I'm guessing in his mid 30s tops. The other two employees I interacted with were similarly very pleasant and helpful folks...none of the gruff or sullen vibes you often encounter from service workers in this region. When I told them that I would be going out of town in a few days, they expedited the work so that my car would be ready just in time---and most impressively, they kept me updated on its status (via both text messaging and email) nearly every day until I came back to pick it up! Not only was the work done flawlessly making the car look brand new, but they even gave it a free car wash AND full interior detailing! (It had been covered in road salt/grime from a recent snowstorm and I had not vacuumed the inside for almost a year, lol---so they got their money's worth from whatever car wash place they must've taken it to, lol.) I only wish EVERY business could be as damn near perfect as these folks, let alone car-related businesses! Can't recommend them enough, and would definitely go back if, gods forbid, I got into another accident again.
