Needless to say, I was devastated. Had to make a hit and run claim because the neighbor would not admit anything, even though the paint transfer on the door and rust on the ground were 100% from her car. My appraiser recommended Classic, so I called and made an appointment. When I went there on a Wednesday, Tony said to bring it in on Monday so I wasn't wasting my rental while they researched doors and also the weekend passing. I thought that was very considerate of him! Dropped it off on the Monday at about 8:15am, and they set up the rental. Got picked up and had my rental and was at work by 9am. Not bad! I mentioned to Tony that there was a preexisting scratch on the hood and on the bumper that I would like a quote for. He said don't worry, we'll take care of you. The car was ready Thursday afternoon, and I picked it up on Friday. As soon as I saw it, it was like a weight had been lifted. The new door looked and worked perfectly, and the paint was an exact match. You would never know that it was new! Also, I couldn't find the scratch on the hood and bumper! They gave me a great price on the extra work I had them do, and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. All in all, they took an awful situation and made it into a GREAT experience. Tony and Jimmy take pride in their work and their customers and it shows. I've never had this kind of experience with a mechanic or auto body shop before, and I will definitely come back in the future, and I'm telling all my friends and family! Thanks guys!

A routine oil change turned into a complete pan replacement at my dealership because FCC couldn't…read moreget it right. Had a routine oil change on 4/13/26 only to find several days later that my car was leaking oil (took about 10 days before the warning light came on) due to being stuck out of town I was unable to get it back to them until Friday afternoon 4/24. I was told that the oil plug was stripped (due to being over tightened during the last change) and that they wouldn't be able to take care of this until monday, they would either have to fit an oversized plug or replace the entire pan. The pan replacement was likely to cost me at least $1000. For a part that they broke during my oil change. I was also given a hard time about taking a loaner car, as it's their policy not to lend one out unless I agreed to any service that was needed. As I didn't have a choice (I had to get to work) I said yes. I won't even get into the quality of the loaner car. I called first thing in the morning on Monday after looking into possible options for repair myself over the weekend only to be told that it was done and I should come and get it. They fitted an oversized plug and it was done. Well, it wasn't done. My car was leaking oil immediately after getting it home. faster than before. And as I had already been burned twice by FCC's less than quality work I took it to the dealership, who sent me a video of the oil leaking from their "fix". And the pan had been drilled out so poorly to place the oversized plug that the dealership was unable to salvage the pan.

Just.............beware. I lost my car because of these folks, plain and simple. They overplayed…read moretheir hand with the insurance company by inflating the estimated repairs to a level where the insurance company had no choice but to total my vehicle--and I had been found 100% not responsible so I should have gotten my car back in beautiful condition at literally zero cost to me. Instead, after it had already been at the shop for a week and a half, I was notified in an email that my vehicle was now considered to be a total loss, and I walked away with nothing but a measly, questionably valued check.... Have since heard that this exact situation is not an uncommon outcome here and has happened to others..... I'd have to say that the office manager Donna--who was absolutely great to deal with in the beginning--she became particularly tough & unpleasant to deal with once the car was totaled and the job fell apart. She openly seems to thrive on & genuinely enjoy confrontation & being aggressive and hard-edged. I've only heard good things about the quality of any actual repair work done on cars, and I was counting on & just assuming I would also become one of those very happy & satisfied customers who leave with a beautifully repaired vehicle, but my experience left me without my trusty truck which I could have, would have, and should have used for several more years to come, and I just never realized in a million years that this outcome was even an actual possibility when I put thought & even sought advice into where I should bring it to originally.....I'm just incredibly disappointed how things were (mis)handled under their watch. Just one local man's opinion. P.S. Although they wanted basically $12,000+ from the insurance company to do "all" the required repairs, interestingly once it was totaled I was offered to have it very nicely fixed up for only around $6,000, although at that reduced figure I would not be getting every single thing repaired exactly the same as the $12k would have gotten me, apparently.
