When bad things happen this is the place to go! From the initial call with the owner Don to walk me thru the process all the way to completion, Marblehead Collision has set my mind at ease. Donna helped me navigate every angle after my car was sideswiped and later totaled. She took the chaos out of the situation. They were by my side advocating for me. Excellent communication, trusted staff and beautiful work. Look no further read more

Just.............beware. I lost my car because of these folks, plain and simple. They overplayed their hand with the insurance company by inflating the estimated repairs to a level where the insurance company had no choice but to total my vehicle--and I had been found 100% not responsible so I should have gotten my car back in beautiful condition at literally zero cost to me. Instead, after it had already been at the shop for a week and a half, I was notified in an email that my vehicle was now considered to be a total loss, and I walked away with nothing but a measly, questionably valued check.... Have since heard that this exact situation is not an uncommon outcome here and has happened to others..... I'd have to say that the office manager Donna--who was absolutely great to deal with in the beginning--she became particularly tough & unpleasant to deal with once the car was totaled and the job fell apart. She openly seems to thrive on & genuinely enjoy confrontation & being aggressive and hard-edged. I've only heard good things about the quality of any actual repair work done on cars, and I was counting on & just assuming I would also become one of those very happy & satisfied customers who leave with a beautifully repaired vehicle, but my experience left me without my trusty truck which I could have, would have, and should have used for several more years to come, and I just never realized in a million years that this outcome was even an actual possibility when I put thought & even sought advice into where I should bring it to originally.....I'm just incredibly disappointed how things were (mis)handled under their watch. Just one local man's opinion. P.S. Although they wanted basically $12,000+ from the insurance company to do "all" the required repairs, interestingly once it was totaled I was offered to have it very nicely fixed up for only around $6,000, although at that reduced figure I would not be getting every single thing repaired exactly the same as the $12k would have gotten me, apparently. read more

Just picked up my Rave 4 from Marblehead Collision and I'm pleased beyond words. From the very beginning, arranging my rental car, dealing with my insurance company and providing quality service. They made this entire procedure easy, they went over and above.. The employees were professional and very caring. Will never go anywhere else, and I suggest you will be extremely happy with this well run shop. Lauren B. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you ever need a car repair they are the people to go to. Eight weeks ago my car was parked in a legal parking spot and it was hit by an MBTA bus. The entire front of my car was gone. They helped me out SO much and my car looks gorgeous! They are the best especially their office manager, Donna! Thank you all so much!!!!! read more

The drivers side of my car but banged up and I saw the reviews of this shop were great. It did not disappoint! Very professional each step long the way. They even arranged for the car rental to meet me and pick it up. It looks great and they detailed the car. While I hope to never use their services again, I would in a heartbeat!!! read more

My car was hit and the person didn't want to involve the insurance. So I went into Marblehead collision and AJ asked if he could take my car inside because he said he thought he could buff it out. They were the nicest people from the guy @ front desk to AJ and the other guy working on my car. If you need to have your car worked on, want to be treated with respect, politeness and be greeted with a smile... I highly recommend going here!!!! I give this place ***** :-) read more

I pulled my bumper loose backing out of a parking space. Took the car to Marblehead Collision to schedule the work- they said they would do it right then. I was pleased. They took my car around back, brought it back around a few minutes later. They said "you're all set" so I asked what I owed. The guy said, "no, you're all set" I what universe does this happen? read more

Got a quote for an out of pocket repair. The quote was more than double that of another shop that has similar 5 star reviews on yelp.... Something IS fishy here!! read more

Five stars all day. A well run operation. These guys are top notch! My vehicle was heavily damaged from hitting a deer. I stopped by to see when they could start working on it. They actually had me leave my vehicle that night and started working on on the next day. These guys are awesome from being able to communicate with them, to setting up my rental, to them communicating with my insurance company. I really didn't have to do anything except wait for my vehicle to be finished. Quality customer service and awesome top-notch work. I highly recommend these guys! read more

I have a 2002 Ford TBird that got hit this summer, not knowing where to go we bought it to Marblehead Collision. My husband is a retired from his own atuo body shop and is very meticulous about putting a car back together. He is very happy with the outcome. The paint was blended perfectly, the alignment of the fender and hood is perfect. The care and workmanship put into repairing the car is top notch. Everyone there is friendly and professional. We highly recommend Marblehead Collision to anyone needing any type of auto body work read more

Honestly I write no reviews unless the service was excellent and these guys were above and beyond! It started with Bryan who met with me and took pics even before I met with my insurance agent. Once the claim was accepted they continued working with me. As Bryan said to me many times, we are going to do whatever it takes to get the work done on time and more importantly, on budget! The repair itself was equally superb. I cannot see the difference between the original car and the repaired part. I will definitely use these guys again! read more

I had the best experience with Marblehead Collision. This was my first accident and I was overwhelmed about where to even begin with fixing my car. They went above and beyond for me and worked with my insurance company and the rental car company so the whole process was easy and painless. I highly recommend them. They were fast, professional, had amazing communication and my car is as good as new. Thank you!! read more

I would take my vehicle nowhere else for body work. I worked with Tony and he made the whole experience efficient and simple. He was very responsive and kept me updated constantly on whatever was happening. They were a great help navigating all of the issues with insurance and even helped secure me my rental car. These guys have the highest level of customer service that I have ever seen in the auto repair industry. The work was done quickly and expertly. Everything worked out perfectly and I left feeling like I have found a great spot to recommend to anyone needing body work! read more

My wife encountered extensive side body damage to her Highlander including wheel and rim damage. Marblehead collision could not have been any easier to work with. They interacted with our insurance company, had a rental vehicle ready when she dropped the car off, and fixed the damage within 8 business days. Most importantly, the car looks like new! Kudos guys. I hope we don't need your services for a long while but if and when we do, we are using you. read more

Excellent service. Cross finger no more accident. They handle everyything now since Stingray so rip off. Kerry very nice; always looking to save you money. I recommend. read more

Sad to say, but a year after my last experience with Marblehead Collision, while stopped at a read light, someone flattened the back end of our 2019 RAV4. Marblehead Collision again had the car for a while, due to a variety of parts issues, but the repaired car as returned, is again as good a car repair can be. I looked hard inside and out, and there is no evidence any repair, let alone a big one, has been made. And a year later, everything still looks excellent. read more

These guys were great! Needed the back hatch of my car replaced, and they were able to find a high quality used gate, put it on, and it looks amazing. I dealt with Bryan who was very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Whole car was detailed, and the work is virtually undetectable. On top of it all, they were able to save me some money on the used parts! I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Best experience I have ever had with a car repair of any sort. From the first phone call, Tony promised to take care of everything and he did. They coordinated with the insurance, and even finagled the car rental company to get me a car there at off hours so it was more convenient for me and my work schedule. I would definitely recommend Marblehead Collision to anyone. read more

My car was taken here after someone hit my car. They were awesome in handling everything while I was out of the country. Very professional and exceedingly spectacular customer service. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely happy with my car even though some of the issues were not accident related. I highly recommend them. Thank you again for your help, kindness and professionalism. read more

Our 2018 Nissan Rogue was rear ended, and it was so upsetting! After the initial shock, my thoughts turned to where to get it repaired. I dreaded going through the hassle of it all. Well, what began as a headache ended as a wonderful experience! My vehicle was repaired so quickly, and looks so amazing, it's as if it were by magic!! The owner and staff at Marblehead Collision are so courteous and genuinely care about their customers! How refreshing, as customer service is lacking in so many businesses. Bryan was especially helpful and had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped the Nissan off. And the speed in which it was completed is truly amazing! It looks flawless, and I'd never know it was in an accident. They washed the inside and out, and somehow managed to get the new car smell back!!!! These gentlemen are truly fabulous! I've never had such a great experience, anywhere!!! Wish all my encounters went so smoothly, life would be a breeze. The owner of this shop should be commended for running such a tight ship! read more

I brought my car to MHD collision after an accident. It was a pleasure dealing with Scott and everybody there. They took care of everything and all with a smile. I got my car back on time, perfect condition and cleaned inside and out. This is not your average garage. They are all very professional and super friendly - totally surpassed all my expectations. You guys rock!!! read more

I brought my BMW in for repair last year and the service was dismal, other than the paint job which was very well done. It was a simple repair - replacing a fender and installing the front bumper and related components. The fender was not installed correctly - it was off by nearly half an inch (protruding over the hood, the fender wells had a one inch gap in them and the indicator light was nearly falling out. As for the front bumper, while the paint job was great, several components were not replaced and a hose was hanging down underneath the bumper. I brought it back to be remedied...the bumper was only marginally better and the hose was simply zip-tied to the back of the bumper -- shoddy. Turns out that a major under carriage panel was not replaced, exposing my engine and suspension to debris. The price was to include compounding scratches out of the door which was not done. Finally, the price paid was a few hundred more than what was agreed for poor work and missing parts. read more

I have to say that this is simply the best place to have body damage fixed on the North Shore, hands down. I had them do some work years ago and years later I am just as impressed with the experience. Nice people, nice shop and great work. read more

Thanks to our "adult" children, this is our third experience with Marblehead Collision and if I could give them more than five stars, I would! The only thing better than their outstanding customer service is the quality of their work! Keep up the great work. read more

Don has stayed on top of my project to make sure everything was done up to my standard. I felt safe and confident leaving my car there. When there was an issue that came up months after repair due to myself bringing in a used hood, Don immediately offered to make it right and replace the part with a brand new one under warranty. That is what I call a great shop with a great customer service and work ethics! Thank you Don! read more

I had a new bumper put on my Ford truck in June 2013. My insurance company would only pay for an aftermarket bumper. After 6 months the bumper began showing signs of rust. I returned to Marblehead Collision and they immediately offered to switch out the bumper with an OEM part. They said they would not charge for the labor and I was only responsible for the additional cost of the better part. They went on to say that they would assume the risk with returning the part to the aftermarket manufacturer and guranteed that my total bill would only be the difference in cost of the part. Not only did this company stand behind their workmanship, they stood behind their parts providers to make sure their customer was treated fairly. read more

My wife's car was hit by a falling branch during a wind storm--we had the car less than a year and so it really needed to be fixed right. These guys did a beautiful job. It was a substantial hit that the car took and necessitated the replacement of body panels, bumper, and repair to the rear hatch; 5k in damage all told. When I got the car back it looked like it was just off the lot! the panels were all dead strait, the gapes around the doors and the seams between the body panels were all perfectly aligned and the new paint was seamlessly faded into the rest of the car. They even touched up and buffed out some scratches in the front bumper that were unrelated to this incident. In addition, they were great to deal with and coordinated everything with the car rental, insurance company and adjusters--I really didn't have to do anything at all. They are friendly to boot! Craftsmanship and great customer service--what a combo! read more
