Not only does the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sound great but the service is excellent. When I first got my jeep I noticed that the sound was horrible when I took the doors and the top off when driving 75-80 mph. The team here suggested the speakers and the amp. I typically wait a while for posting to yelp because I want to make sure that the product and service are spot on. These guys are the real deal. After bumping a switch on my amp while vacuuming, all that power blew a speaker, or maybe a few, in short order. I took it in over a year after I purchased the equipment and installation services. What happened? NO QUESTIONS ASKED... Just bring in a key and leave it with us. Absolutely fantastic service. They got it fixed in less than a day. As a busy person, it was great that this was taken care of in such short order. It was literally about a 3 minute process scheduling the work. No pointing fingers even though it was my fault. Seriously, I told them it was my fault they said it didn't matter and they still took care of me. I will be bringing my 48 Chevy here next because their work is too notch. And the sound...... Crisp and enjoyable at 80mph with the doors and top off. read more

Highly recommend SoReal Sound! I needed the screen replaced in my Jeep Cherokee and called and spoke with Steve. He told me they did not carry the screens, however recommend Cuescreens where previous customers had good experiences. Once I received the screen I was able to schedule an appointment quickly for installation. SoReal did an amazing job and had the car back to us within two hours. Great price, great service, customer service is fantastic! Highly, highly recommend!!! read more

Steve owner is a very nice guy! There work is done correctly But some what over priced I was okay with the add ons and paying twice as another shop.what I did not like is I got charged 144.00 for a hour to install a 2wire license plate light. That u pushes throw a cut out hole on metal bumper about 1 inch round hole which these little prongs hold in the hole Which the auto body shop installed a week or so before I was told the auto body shop super glued the wire to the metal. I don't care what they did! It's two wires it never should have cost that much in my option. So I ask for a break and it was a no! One more thing was @ 144 a hour then there 10 percent for shop expenses on each completion job it turn out to be about 166 a hour. Some what price yee! So beware. Nice persons work there. read more

So my car starter goes on the fritz and I start looking for local installers. I picked SoReal Sounds based on the numerous positive reviews and I'd like to add another to the list. I purchased my vehicle off the marketplace and the car starter is old and outdated, not installed here. I suggested over the phone that I'd be happy to have a new one installed if this one was a pain to fix, but Steve said he'd take a look and go from there. Long story short, he fixed it and even neatened up the original shoddy install at a very reasonable price. Knowledgeable, fairness and honesty is what you can expect with SoReal Sounds. read more

Steve is everything a small business owner should be. He is knowledgeable, thorough, fair, organized, kind, friendly, and stands behinds his work. We had him install two cellular remote starters. Three years later one of our vehicles had a problem with part of the system (not Steve's fault). Steve fixed it no questions asked. Anytime someone is looking for any kind automotive or marine electronics I send them to SoReal. read more

Not going to lie was nervous from reading some reviews. I must say the owner was very informative, I made an appointment and he examined my Bentley and I can say it came back cleaner after he gave me the analysis (lol). I believe it was a fare price, I came back dropped vehicle off and as promised the work was completed a day later an hour earlier. Great job I appreciate the details you did magnificent work. read more

Steve was a pleasure to work with. Had a security system installed in the fall, ended up needing to come back to the shop several times due to some hardware/calibration issues (not Steve's fault), and he was always happy to accommodate. Even put a steering wheel protector and floor mat in my comically dirty van. Highly recommend! read more

Can't say enough great things about this place! I wish they had a mechanic shop too! Got an auto start install for my work van and start to finish this service was prompt, informative and professional. And the product works flawlessly. Follow up phone calls and confirmations were professional and even replaced my headlights on the fly. Thank you guys!! So hard to find great service these days especially in the car industry. read more

Thank you to Steve for his immediate and thoughtful assistance - on a busy Saturday, no less!!! You got my car radio reset so I was able to put the top down and blast some classic rock in the beautiful weather. Thank you a million times over for your kindness, sincerity and integrity! I HIGHLY recommend coming here for all car stereo and sound needs! read more

I walked into Soreal Sounds as a car audio novice, I have no idea what I wanted except for the fact that I needed Bluetooth in two of my cars. Both are over 8 years old and Steve gave me a couple of options that would work. After installation there were were some challenges, however Steve and Hans tried and succeeded in fixing all the issues, never displaying any hint of frustration. I was able to hang out and get some work done while they resolved the problems and cannot recommend this play highly enough. These guys are fantastic for someone who knows nothing about car audio. read more

Great great place and exellent pwner! They close at 6 and my husband needed something done immediately but he was going to be after 6. Even thought he had personal matters to attend to, he agreed to stay. It saved a LOT of aggravation. Always kind and cuteous and open on sat, which is kid of hard to find. Highly recommended!! read more

First off these guys are one of the best shops out there at what they do.There work ethic is one of the best I've seen, there commitment in helping customers are 2nd to none. They go out there way to help there clients and better yet help a customer that's not even a customer.I called them one time and was greeted with so much politeness and respect,I was shocked.I called so many shops to ask questions on a build I wanted to do and got brushed off on all of them! But not here they were polite ,kind, and knowledgeable, they made you feel like family, and made you feel imortant. They LISTEN!!!.and when I got off the phone it was 1-1/2 later! They answered all my questions, and where ready to take on the build ive been dreaming of doing. It doesn't matter what there doing they will find time to answer all your questions and help you with your problems even if you message them on Facebook.Guys you won't find that commitment from anyone.I know!! I looked and searched, and finally found a shop that Loves what they do and cares for there customers. If your looking for a trustworthy audio shop to get your system, alarm, lighting, etc done, look no further than SoRealSounds, you will not be disappointed.Take it from me,I live in Brooklyn NY,and will do a 4 hr trip to get piece of mind, and a Great install.!!10 Stars read more

i dealt with Steve who installed a remote starter for my SUV. I had purchased a unit at BEST BUy but their crappy install department could not install for 8 weeks! Steve at SoReal Sounds did a great job getting me the right solution and installing it promptly. I had teh work done in one week and it works great. I am going to use this company for any other auto stuff i need. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I would never go back to Best Buy after being treated so badly by them. read more

This place just opened and it looks like it's going to do very well based on the friendly,KNOWLEDGEABLE, no pressure sales staff that I dealt with. I walked in knowing I wanted a sub and an amp for my 07 Lexus ES350, but that's about the only thing I knew. Steve, part owner, walked me through what my options were giving me three estimates, one on the lower end, a mid range and a high end estimate. Steve can talk about car audio forever, even the little things that are often overlooked like specific cables and the correct Hushmat placement for your car, so whether your an audiophile or not he can find the right fit for you. I ended up going the mid range route. I got a Audison SRX amp and two 12 inch Hertz 300 Subs. Both came with 3 year warranties. Steve sat in the car with me adjusting the settings with me until I was happy, which didn't take long, but he said to bring it by whenever if I want to tweak it. I am disrupting the public at a constant rate now, thing blasts. I'm very satisfied with Soreal's attention to detail and customer service and would recommend it to anyone looking for car audio options. read more

Look no further for your car electronic needs. Hands down, the best guys to work with for anything you can possibly imagine for your vehicle! Extremely knowledgeable, fast, and only top notch work. I've had various systems in all of my cars for the last 13 years, and I thought I knew a fair amount about car audio... until I started talking to the guys at SoReal Sounds. They introduced me to gear I had never even heard of, (Audison/Hertz) and installed for me a top notch system that caters perfectly to my inner audiophile. I couldn't be happier with this place, and strongly recommend taking your vehicle in for whatever you'd like done, be it a simple alarm or upgraded deck, to a full-fledged custom mounted component system with audio processors and unique sub enclosures. They were even able to help me well over a year after when a component started acting up, and worked quickly to resolve the issue and get me back up and running even better than before. Don't take it from me; go see them yourself. You won't be disappointed! read more

This is my second time going to Steve Sanchez for tint. He did a great job both times. He walked me through the different options and advised on the legal limits. Steve will also be my go to. He also offers car stereo installation and auto customization. Steve, thanks for hooking my car up! read more

Exellent work and service. I had a top end Kenwood head unit installed. The price was fair and there was no sales push to up-sell anything else. Steve and staff are very knowledgeable about differant vehicles and what will sound best in them. They do everything from serious audiophiles to someone like me that just wanted to upgrade thier stock radio. There were several problems with the unit that involved issues from Kenwood. Steve worked with me and Kenwood to try to resolve the problem, eventually replacing the whole unit. I was happy with the attention shown after the sale and the effort they took to make sure that I was satisfied. Some of the work took longer than expected but they made sure it was done right. I would definitly return for my next car stereo. read more

Steve doesn't just only mean customer service but most of all it's also more on customer satisfcation. Every procedure will be explained to you clearly in details to let you know what's gonna happen or what's happening. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with car services. read more

This review is about 4 years in the making. I have a 1990 Corvette convertible that I wanted to "upgrade" with a different stereo- I say "upgrade" because in keeping with the age / classic nature of the car I wanted to use a high end Alpine 7289 CASSETTE player that I've owned since '90. Problem was, I wanted to be able to play digital music without using a cheapo cassette adapter. Enter SoReal Sounds into the picture. I went in and explained my desire/dilemma, and an AudioControl THREE.2 was recommended. I procrastinated getting it installed and a job change meant I was no longer in the area anymore. Fast forward 3 1/2 years later and I am finally ready to get the work done....but I have no luck at a local, very Car-Rismatic auto audio / accessory dealer when I explained to them what I wanted to do (admittedly I did not remember the part info given to me at SoReal Sounds, but I DID gave a good description of what it was and what it would do / offer). I decided to not mess around and go back to the original place that came up with the solution for my needs. SoReal Sounds not only special ordered an AudioControl THREE.2 unit for me, but when it was discovered that the FOUR.1 (which offered more adjustments) was identical in cost, they special ordered THAT unit for me too! Now, after 3 summers of topless AND tuneless cruising, I finally have some quality sounds! It's only a matter of time now before they see me again to figure out how and where to amp up a sub in it :) read more

With the recent blasts of freezing winter weather, I thought it was about time I get a remote starter. So I made a call and once again the guys there were so knowledgeable they began to make suggestions and help me pick a starter right over the phone! They were sure to go over all my options, to get me a starter that would be the best fit. Just off of gathering information on what I was looking for and what would work best with the type of car I have. Last weekend I went in to get it installed and where as something like that anywhere else would be a daunting process, both Hans and Steve made it anything but. They went over what we had discussed beforehand and I must say the starter I chose surpassed any expectations I had; It has amazing features for a price that really was a steal. So overall I give them an A+++! Big THANK YOU to the crew at So Real Sounds... and I'll definitely be back :-) read more

Can't say enough good things about this place, and these guys. Hans is the man, is knowledgeable and honest. The stereo they put in my Mazda5 was perfect. This is the only place I would go to get car tunes. read more
