Highly recommend SoReal Sound! I needed the screen replaced in my Jeep Cherokee and called and spoke with Steve. He told me they did not carry the screens, however recommend Cuescreens where previous customers had good experiences. Once I received the screen I was able to schedule an appointment quickly for installation. SoReal did an amazing job and had the car back to us within two hours. Steve owner is a very nice guy! There work is done correctly But some what over priced I was okay with the add ons and paying twice as another shop.what I did not like is I got charged 144.00 for a hour to install a 2wire license plate light. That u pushes throw a cut out hole on metal bumper about 1 inch round hole which these little prongs hold in the hole Which the auto body shop installed a week or so before I was told the auto body shop super glued the wire to the metal. I don't care what they did! It's two wires it never should have cost that much in my option. So I ask for a break and it was a no! One more thing was @ 144 a hour then there 10 percent for shop expenses on each completion job it turn out to be about 166 a hour. Some what price yee! So beware. Nice persons work there. read more

So my car starter goes on the fritz and I start looking for local installers. I picked SoReal Sounds based on the numerous positive reviews and I'd like to add another to the list. I purchased my vehicle off the marketplace and the car starter is old and outdated, not installed here. I suggested over the phone that I'd be happy to have a new one installed if this one was a pain to fix, but Steve said he'd take a look and go from there. I walked into Soreal Sounds as a car audio novice, I have no idea what I wanted except for the fact that I needed Bluetooth in two of my cars. Both are over 8 years old and Steve gave me a couple of options that would work. After installation there were were some challenges, however Steve and Hans tried and succeeded in fixing all the issues, never displaying any hint of frustration. I was able to hang out and get some work done while they resolved the problems and cannot recommend this play highly enough. Not only does the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sound great but the service is excellent. When I first got my jeep I noticed that the sound was horrible when I took the doors and the top off when driving 75-80 mph. The team here suggested the speakers and the amp. I typically wait a while for posting to yelp because I want to make sure that the product and service are spot on. These guys are the real deal. After bumping a switch on my amp while vacuuming, all that power blew a speaker, or maybe a few, in short order. I took it in over a year after I purchased the equipment and installation services. What happened? NO QUESTIONS ASKED... Just bring in a key and leave it with us. Absolutely fantastic service. They got it fixed in less than a day. As a busy person, it was great that this was taken care of in such short order. It was literally about a 3 minute process scheduling the work. No pointing fingers even though it was my fault. Seriously, I told them it was my fault they said it didn't matter and they still took care of me. I will be bringing my 48 Chevy here next because their work is too notch. And the sound...... Crisp and enjoyable at 80mph with the doors and top off. read more

i dealt with Steve who installed a remote starter for my SUV. I had purchased a unit at BEST BUy but their crappy install department could not install for 8 weeks! This place just opened and it looks like it's going to do very well based on the friendly,KNOWLEDGEABLE, no pressure sales staff that I dealt with. I walked in knowing I wanted a sub and an amp for my 07 Lexus ES350, but that's about the only thing I knew. Steve, part owner, walked me through what my options were giving me three estimates, one on the lower end, a mid range and a high end estimate. Steve can talk about car audio forever, even the little things that are often overlooked like specific cables and the correct Hushmat placement for your car, so whether your an audiophile or not he can find the right fit for you. I ended up going the mid range route. I got a Audison SRX amp and two 12 inch Hertz 300 Subs. Both came with 3 year warranties. Steve sat in the car with me adjusting the settings with me until I was happy, which didn't take long, but he said to bring it by whenever if I want to tweak it. I am disrupting the public at a constant rate now, thing blasts. I'm very satisfied with Soreal's attention to detail and customer service and would recommend it to anyone looking for car audio options. read more

Exellent work and service. I had a top end Kenwood head unit installed. The price was fair and there was no sales push to up-sell anything else. Steve and staff are very knowledgeable about differant vehicles and what will sound best in them. They do everything from serious audiophiles to someone like me that just wanted to upgrade thier stock radio. There were several problems with the unit that involved issues from Kenwood. Steve worked with me and Kenwood to try to resolve the problem, eventually replacing the whole unit. I was happy with the attention shown after the sale and the effort they took to make sure that I was satisfied. Some of the work took longer than expected but they made sure it was done right. This review is about 4 years in the making. I have a 1990 Corvette convertible that I wanted to "upgrade" with a different stereo- I say "upgrade" because in keeping with the age / classic nature of the car I wanted to use a high end Alpine 7289 CASSETTE player that I've owned since '90. Problem was, I wanted to be able to play digital music without using a cheapo cassette adapter. Enter SoReal Sounds into the picture. I went in and explained my desire/dilemma, and an AudioControl THREE.2 was recommended. I procrastinated getting it installed and a job change meant I was no longer in the area anymore. Fast forward 3 1/2 years later and I am finally ready to get the work done....but I have no luck at a local, very Car-Rismatic auto audio / accessory dealer when I explained to them what I wanted to do (admittedly I did not remember the part info given to me at SoReal Sounds, but I DID gave a good description of what it was and what it would do / offer). I decided to not mess around and go back to the original place that came up with the solution for my needs. SoReal Sounds not only special ordered an AudioControl THREE.2 unit for me, but when it was discovered that the FOUR.1 (which offered more adjustments) was identical in cost, they special ordered THAT unit for me too! Now, after 3 summers of topless AND tuneless cruising, I finally have some quality sounds! With the recent blasts of freezing winter weather, I thought it was about time I get a remote starter. So I made a call and once again the guys there were so knowledgeable they began to make suggestions and help me pick a starter right over the phone! They were sure to go over all my options, to get me a starter that would be the best fit. Just off of gathering information on what I was looking for and what would work best with the type of car I have.
