The man behind the counter first told me "we're too busy" without even considering the job, or offering to make me an appointment. I was able to coax him out from behind the desk to look at my car and take my number to call me when "the person who can make these estimates" had returned. They called back a couple hours later and complained the job was too much work because it involved "cutting out the glass". Refused to provide any kind of quote even when I confirmed I understood it was a different kind of job than a regular windshield replacement. They alternated between "we're too busy" and "it's too much work". Horrible customer service. They don't want your business. Don't waste your time bringing any projects here. P.S. Their front door advertises tinting services; when I inquired about this, he said they don't do tints anymore. The sign would take a few minutes to remove. This is a good indication of the level of professionalism you can expect from Fields Corner Glass.

What is the best customer service in the world?…read more Think about that for a moment. You are in a tight spot, you call multiple vendors. The shop you have been going to for 15 years don't have the time to help you or are too faraway. My car had been totaled. And it was faraway from home in Salem, MA. It had very expensive speakers and amplifier which I had to remove before it was sent to salvage. I called everyone I knew. I was desperate to get my stuff off the car. I talked to some people I could barely understand. I called a shop where some weird music was being played as their ring tone. Auto Sound saved my life! I had given up on good customer support in this world. Whether you pay $1k per month or $70k per month I have seen some bad customer support. I can tell you these guys rank high up there with the best of the best. I can give you names of some big corporate businesses where no matter how much money you throw at them you get bad support. This is how customer support should look like and I can tell you there were the best people I have ever talked to about anything, anywhere. There was some real empathy for my situation. They went above and beyond. Well beyond above and beyond. If I am spending $100 on anything, after this experience I would like it to go to these folks. At the end of the day, it does not matter what they are selling and which brands they deal with. These people will look after you with the kind of empathy you probably only see from close family. Don't take your money elsewhere. If you have anything to do with anything in cars, you won't get better looked after anywhere else. I have a weekly review with a company, my company pays big bucks to deal with. I am adding this place to the list of best customer support from any vendor I have seen - in the big leagues. Sometimes people forget what real customer service looks like, and it always helps to provide some concrete examples. Auto Sound is one of them.

All of the reviews are true!…read more I recently got a tint job and remote car starter for my Honda Accord, and after doing research around this area, this was the only place I even considered going. Mike and his team do THE best work at reasonable prices. The quality is worth every penny. They were highly responsive and communicative, and were able to get me in the shop fairly quickly. They offer a variety of remote car starters based on your needs and budget, and they take the time to talk you through the options they offer, ask questions about your needs and wants to help them understand what to recommend, and answer any remaining questions you have. I have seen their thorough and STELLAR work on interior lighting, audio/bluetooth systems, and high quality window tinting. I look forward to working with them for future upgrades to my car. I'll certainly be returning!! Go here! You won't regret it.
