I called Locked In N Out at night when I was locked out of my house. Arthur was friendly and professional and the price was fair. He was able to get me into my home and I was very thankful!! read more

Quick respond, fast service. Not too bad with pricing either. Would recommend. Used them twice already.

Last year, this company came to my home to replace the front door lock. The guy who came (not arthur), also took a look at my back door, fiddled it it, and broke it. Got charged an arm and a leg (far more than agreed upon) for front door, and the back doors were never repaired. had to hire someone else. deeply unprofessional. read more

The service was delivered very quickly and professionally. We were very happy with this business. Definitely recommend.

I put a request out on thumbtack and Artur responded first. Came out for in person interview..explained the process and re keyed 6 locks and made me extra keys. Was very polite and professional and was available immediately and did a great job . A little higher than other quotes I saw later but it was worth it. Plus he added the other quotes probably would have added a Service fee for coming out . read more

Artur was incredible!! So pleasant, kind, efficient. Got me out of a bind stuck locked outside my house! A lifesaver!!

Artur installed our Schlage electronic lock. He was fast, informative, cleaned up afterwards, and super courteous. We had a problem later (not caused by him) and he showed up in 1 hour, fixed it, and was just as courteous. Highly recommended. read more

Good service. Had a smart lock installed in a condo building. Walked though some of the details and price was in-line with competitors. Was a little late in arrival, but would use again. read more

Artur was great I recently bought a house in Somerville, Artur came out on time and rekeyed my 4 door to the same key, fast neat and reliable. Highly recommend this company read more

Artur was punctual, communicative, fast, and gave me a great price on a new cylinder for my front door. He even came in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. I'll definitely hire him again when needed! read more

Be very careful with this place. Artur talks a good game but the dispatch person was an utter nightmare. Total lies and deceit about what they could and could not do. If you're in a pinch this is NOT the place to call, also see below the address is a fraud. read more

Words cannot articulate how awesome of an experience it was to work with Artur and his business--I seriously never thought I could be so excited to work with a locksmith again! I called in Artur to help us rekey and replace some locks after a move, and he responded immediately, offered us fair prices, did very quick and quality work. He was transparent throughout the whole process. Where he really stands out, though, is his flexibility--he was basically willing to come at any time for us, and when things changed he was a good sport and rolled with it. Wouldn't go to any other locksmith. Ever. read more

I am very pleased with the service. I found my self locked out of my apartment and after calling a lot of locksmiths around the framingham area, who would either not give me an estimate , I called Artur just hoping he would serve the Framingham area (as the address said Arlington heights) Artur was here in less than 30 mins , and explained to me all the options along with the price the job would take. He charged as much as he had discussed before and on top of that also offered to fix my old lock which was incorrectly installed before, and all free of charge! I am leaving a review so its helpful to anybody who is locked out in the future , this is an excellent reliable and quick service! read more

Artur was amazing. Super professional, fast and honest with us. He responded quickly to replace the locks at our new condo and was there the very next day! Did a great job and was so nice. We highly recommend read more

I first got in touch with Artur through Yelp. From the start, he was responsive with my inquiries and questions. I didn't need an emergency service, so we agreed upon a date and time for the service. On the day of service, he called ahead of time with his expected arrival. When he got here, he informed me that my lock actually needed to get replaced. He showed me what was wrong with my current lock's cylinder and explained it as best he could as I, and he assured me this is true for most customers, know NOTHING about locks. I was only scheduled to have a re-key service, but he offered to either replace the lock or purchase the specific style I wanted for a minimal added cost. After considering many factors, I opted to purchase a new lock and Artur patiently waited to complete the job. If you are looking for a professional and trustworthy locksmith, Artur is your guy. I highly appreciated his honesty and candidness through the entire service. He was respectful of my ultimate decisions and it was a smooth process overall. read more

Great work and very speedy. Artur was cutting a hole for a new deadbolt the next morning after I reached out for a quote. Very helpful in making sure that the latch for the deadbolt would work smoothly even though I was installing it myself. Highly recommend! read more

This business is not located at this address, this is a residential address. They are only using this address to appear more legitimate. They seem to have very questionable business practices. read more

Artur did a great job replacing our door locks from start to finish. I called for several quotes and he was the best price (by far). He called back right away and communicated clearly every step of the way. He was able to give the estimate on the phone for free, whereas other places I called needed to come out and charge a fee whether I went with them or not. It was for two door locks (the knob and a deadbolt) which is pretty basic so I appreciated him saving us time and money there. He showed up on time, wore a mask (properly), social-distanced and did the job in under 10 minutes and went outside to write up the invoice and take payment. Very polite and respectful and most importantly of course, he did great work. read more

Getting locked out of your house is never fun. However Arturo from like in and out made our harrowing experience easy and strangely delightful. He said he would be at our home between 25 and 30 minutes and showed up as promised in 27 minutes. He ended up fixing our problem and making a smile. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to everyone I know without hesitation. read more

I did not end up using Locked In N Out for scheduling reasons, but my communications with them when I requested the quote were prompt and courteous. I would gladly reach out to them again in the future if I have need of their services. read more

Artur was wonderful! My fiance and I bought a house and Artur was able to meet me on day one to change the locks for us. He went out of his way to get the color we wanted on the doorknobs too, and did everything in a fast and friendly way. We will definitely call him again for anything lock related! read more

Artur was friendly and professional, showed up as planned. We had a misunderstanding, as I had contacted Locked In N Out and asked for an estimate on a stuck-closed file cabinet (told estimate was free), figuring I'd just throw the cabinet away if it was over $100 (which I have to do anyhow). But apparently I had spoken to someone other than Artur, who went ahead and did the job, and learned the (higher) cost after he was done. So the cost what unexpected, but he understood and made some adjustment. At all times he was pleasant and worked intently, so I would not hesitate to call him again -- just would be clearer about getting an estimate. read more

Artur was quick, helpful, and sweet! He also offered to help on other security-related jobs, like deciding which cameras to buy.

Our family had just moved to a new house and were looking for a locksmith to rekey all of our new locks for convenience. We looked on Yelp for someone to be able to do his and we are so glad to have found Locked In N Out! My uncle and aunt got locked out of their apartment. My aunt is really sick and she needed her medicine so bad! After I called several companies and received unreasonable quote I called Locked in N out. Arthur was very nice and pleasant, he offered me a very reasonable price. Although Arthur and his technician, they were both far away from my location but when I told him about my aunt's condition he called his friend from other company and sent me a super nice and helpful gentleman Isaac to help us out. Isaac arrived after 20 minutes and he unlocked the door in only 3 minutes. These people are super nice, efficient and professional. Highly highly recommended!! read more

I found Artur on Yelp, and he quickly responded to our needs. We'd recently moved into our newly renovated house, and our contractors had misplaced most of our keys to the home. Artur worked with us to discuss our various options - even going so far as to text me pictures of the replacement locksets from Home Depot to make sure it was what we wanted. Super professional, very responsive and an overall great service. We highly recommend! read more
