My son and I have been a customer with this respiratory department from the time the company was New England Home Therapies, then BioScript, and now Rotech. We have always received courteous customer service when placing our monthly order of which are numerous. Joanne Gomes processes our order courteously and professionally. She always emails us to let us know she has received our order and is processing it. Our supplies are shipped in a timely manner and are typically complete as requested. Tina Soderman is a wonderful resource to us during critical times when life saving equipment for my son is an issue. She has saved the day on numerous occasion. We are so grateful to Tina for always working her hardest to find solutions to very serious life-saving issues that seem to come up at very in opportune times. Cindy, our respiratory therapist with Rotech, is another wonderful resource to us. On many occasions, Cindy goes above and beyond to help us with my son's vent and other respiratory needs during critical times day or night. She always will help us or will find someone to help us with critical equipment issues. It is important to note that my son is on life support equipment 24/7 and we are extremely grateful to these people at Rotech for their commitment to the service to my son. The only negative thing I can say about dealing with getting supplies is with the insurance company who make decisions for the well being of my child based on money and not life support conditions. This has nothing to do with the support we get from Rotech, but only the lack of responsibility by insurance decisions for the care needed by people who depend on their decisions based wholly on finances and not life-saving healthcare for the people they serve. We value our relationship with Rotech and thank the team for their commitment and suppor.
