These folks are the very definition of superb customer service. About ten years ago I had them install a stereo in one car and an auto starter in another (Rav 4). Both were excellent experiences. After ten years, years of off-road abuse, the auto started wasn't working (neither did the Toyota fob) so I called these guys with a view to getting a replacement. "Bring it in, maybe we can fix it" they told me. I was dubious, this vehicle is battered. But bring it in I did, this morning, and I left 15 minutes later with it working perfectly. My bill? $12. I was delighted. I was 100% expecting to be paying $400 for a replacement. This is typical of every interaction I've had with Autotoys and the interactions I witnessed with other customers. It's great when you can find a place like this that really put the customer first. They have earned my repeat business today and for any future needs. read more

I recently wrote a bad review about Autotoys and I would like to explain that im a little hotheaded at times. I had a remote starter installed 2 years ago by Dave and his guys. They did everything they could to fix it but could not get to the bottom of the issue. I took my anger out on them rather than the manufacturer. Dave the owner addressed this issue personally and made the situation right. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who's looking to have any aftermarket accessories installed in they're car. I cannot say enough about Dave and this place. I brought my car there after having many times going back and forth to another place which I will not name. After taking time off work and spending time getting nowhere I found Autotoys. I actually was emailed back and got fast responses. I had an issue where my Drivers side led light was getting condensation in it. Dave and his staff were so nice. I have so far been getting the condensation out with their changing the bulb and cleaning things up inside which was causing the leak. I was impressed with Dave's responsiveness to my inquiries for a Bluetooth phone, USB-aux, and better sound system for my older car, and even more impressed when shown in person what Autotoys could do. Dave and team didn't have a lot of room to work with on my car (a two-seater with limited storage) but did a super job installing a solution that gives me more -- much more -- than you'd find in a new car, with a lot better sound of course. Dave went over all the options, all the pros and cons, and came up with what a great solution for my car. Great place to get an aftermarket part or work done to your vehicle. My remote starter reaches my vehicle in my school parking lot through a room with no windows and a football fields length of parking lot. I got a car alarm installation put into my car, along with my mothers car. My mother's installation always has had problems/issues. It never worked right & we've been trying for a while to get them to fix the issue. It hasn't been fixed and now instead of just replacing it as a whole, they want her to pay for an entirely new one. It makes no sense.. I also had to buy a brand new starter for my car because their device doesn't work properly. When the button is pressed to start the car, it continously turns my car on and off. It became so dangerous that even if I insert the key into my car to start the car, that won't be enough to stop it from restarting my car. I no longer use my car alarm button to start my car because I'm afraid it's going to turn my car off while I am driving. I don't think it's fair to make someone repay for a device that never worked to begin with. They offered 10% off as a discount.. what kind of business is that? I'd reccommend finding a different place to install anything like this in your car. Save your time and money. read more

I had a remote starter/car alarm installed in my car. I usually do wiring myself but in this case I wanted to get it done professionally. I called them and asked if I could bring it in the same day and they said sure! I took it to them, they gave me a good price for everything and were done in a matter of 3 hours. When I came by to pick up the car they gave me a good idea of how to operate the alarm and the other functions the alarm system offers and how to program them. The greatest part of all is my alarm started chirping 3 times when I was arming it about 2 months later. I called them and asked how to stop this they said to bring it in and fix it free of charge. I brought it in and within an hour they had fixed the problem. I am incredibly pleased with them and will be bringing future cars to them and recommending them to my friends and family. read more

These guys are true professionals, from the moment I called them they were sincere and patient with my many concerns.Their workmanship is SUPBERB, they kept me updated from start to finish of their progress. They installed speakers in my vintage doors (yep I allowed them to cut into my doors) and installed a subwoofer in my trunk, the final product was PERFECT. They even asked me to come visit the vehicle as the system was being installed. The guys installing the system took great pride in their work and you could tell they loved what they did.
