I recently bought my new home in Randolph (raised ranch style home with finished basement unit), and little did i know.. I did not have all of the keys to the house, which I found out last night when my younger brother locked the door to the basement unit. Best experience I've had with a locksmith. My house is old and after the holiday the doorknob on my bedroom door broke off. I called and explained the situation and the owner came very quickly. It was nice to see the picture matched who came to my house and he was very sociable which put me at ease. I always hated inviting a stranger into my house but his personality was very calming. He had a new doorknob that matched the others in my house and installed it fast. What really impressed me was that he noticed my door was crooked and scraped the door jam when it closed.
