The woman on the phone was very thorough and helpful. She made the transaction seamless (I wish I got her name). All my items were ready for pick up within 7 business days. Very impressed. I called to say I'd pick up within the hour of them letting me know they were available for pick up and they accommodated to that. I knocked on the door when I arrived and she double checked everything was correct in the bag and off I went! I can't express enough at how impressed I am with their customer service. Melissa was able to help in expedite in paying over the phone and was able to pass the scope out in the street as my wife was taking her lunch to pick it up. They genuinely care and the sense of urgency is BIG with these guys. Melissa was even able to stay on the phone and help with directions and met my wife in the street (my wife was in her car) to pass off so she can get back to saving lives and doing her job.
