The other would hold the ladder, however when they got here because it was a pitched roof, they did not want to go on the roof even though many other companies have gone up there, they said it was unsafe , I've been here 12 years. I've never had anyone have a problem but anyway it's OK. They didn't go up there. They came inside. They looked at the fan mounted on the wall and decided that I needed a new motor? And they left. Look but did nothing It was quite some time before they made contact with me, I assumed that since they were only there a few minutes, and did nothing they weren't even going to charge me. I ended up getting a massive bill from them and now it's a year later and they're still insisting I pay $450 or they are taking me to court. I'm going to pay the money because I'm a respectful business owner but I will never ever do business with them nor will I ever advise anyone to do business with them What they did was wrong and should be ashamed

I contacted R.B Lewis along with a few other companies and every company provided me an hourly rate…read more$100-125 an hour, 2 of 3 companies I contacted were going to send out 1 guy while R.B Lewis wanted to send out 2 guys for a rate of $200. Tim Pappas of R.B Lewis had contacted me on 2/26 and said he would like to go over, look at the job and make sure he had all the materials. The following day I followed up with Tim around 10:30, only to find out that the guys were already on my property working, no one contacted me to schedule the work, no contracts were written and Tim provided his workers the entry code to my property to start working without notifying me the guys were coming. From that moment I had a bad feeling how this job was going so I headed over to the property to find 2 workers in the house. The guys had almost 8 hours into the job and no repairs were started yet as they claim they were searching for breaks in the CVPC since they got there. I asked the guys how many breaks did they find in the attic and they responded with 4-6 leaks, and there were another 4-5 leaks that were exposed in first floor CVPC. The employees had told me that it takes hours to repair 1 break so I decided that I would drop what I was doing in my schedule and keep myself busy around the house so I could check on the guys. They spent the 1st day repairing the 4-6 leaks in the attic and I was hesitant to even have them return after dragging out the clock on day 1. I don't like hiring many contractors by the hr, but most are professional, honest, hardworking and efficient, all things that R.B Lewis lacks. I do quite a bit of general contracting and understand most trades so when the employees were telling me it takes hours to cut out one section of PVC pipe, I felt as if they were insulting my intelligence. Perhaps you need to understand how the Sprinkler systems work to be in the trade, but cutting out and gluing PVC is not rocket science. If you don't know what PVC pipe cutters are, youtube it and you will see how quick one can cut PVC out, it clearly does not take hours to cut out PVC like the guys mentioned. I would like to say the second day went much faster but I would be lying through my teeth, something Tim is very good at as he explains how long something should take as the job just drags out. I met Tim on the third day to go over cost and he hands me a bill much higher than what he said the job was going to be. I was billed 7-3 each day even though the guys didn't show till 730. The guys didn't come the second day with anymore CVPC and they were short a few feet so I was charged a delivery fee to bring over a piece. You would think that they would have enough stock on them after being on the job for a day and knowing what they had to come back to repair. Also, on the bill is a travel cost for 280 miles, the company is located in Manchester, I don't know where the 280 miles comes from when Londonderry is the next town over. There was never an estimate provided or no mention of this additional cost that Tim was now trying to collect on so I refused to pay this. I just wanted this company to be finished with my job, the work completed and the system to be turned on and I wanted to settle up and never have any future relationship with this company again. The guys return, they finish in 30 mins and want payment right away without having the water turned on. I told them I would pay in full once the water was on and system was under pressure and I did. This company is a bunch of crooks, bottom line, they charged me $4422 for repairs, $1500 more and I could have had an entire new system in, they repaired between 13-15 breaks and replaced 5 sprinkler heads, watch out for the way the employees drag out the clock, the undisclosed travel cost, and good luck getting an estimate in writing before this company just shows up and starts working. Most important if you decide to hire this company, be home so you can see for yourself, if it's clear that its not working, cut your losses and find someone more professional and trustworthy!

We bought one plus extra filters and spent over $100 for one mask for my husband who is a doctor and needs to wear a mask all day while seeing patients. We were disappointed when he discovered that it did not fit his somewhat large face. We contacted the company for a return/refund and were told that "due to COVID we are not able to accept refunds." Here is my response: May I please speak with your manager, or the owner of the company? What you are offering is not good customer service. We purchased this mask with the understand that it would fit my husband. There was nothing on your website that warned us that your mask was not "one size fits all". Your claim that your company cannot "take returns or give refunds due to Covid-19" is specious. There is absolutely no COVID-19 infection risk at all to your employees if we return this mask to you. I am confident that your company is making record sales due to the pandemic, so you can well afford to refund the money we wasted purchasing your product. If you don't want us to ship it back to you, then that is entirely up to you. Your inability to resell this product or make a profit from this sale, is not our problem. Satisfying customers and the cost this entails should be part of your business model. The product we purchased from you did not perform as advertised - because it does not fit my husband. Therefore your company owes us a refund. Simple. Good Business 101. If we do not receive a full refund we will use social media to warn your potential customers not to do business with you. We should not have to threaten you with this. You should do the right thing. I look forward to communicating with your supervisor or the owner of the company. I expect a satisfactory response." Needless to say I did not receive a response, so here I am warning other potential customers not to buy anything from Evomask/Sleepnet. Stay safe. Wear a mask. Deal with companies that are reputable. https://envomask.com/ https://www.msaconnects.com/envo-mask

I messaged them 2 weeks later:radio silence. I called them 3x, emailed them 3x:radio silence. Then finally I got a message, almost exactly the same as the first, saying they filed a claim and it'll take 12 days (this was probably a month after they told me they would file a claim with Ups the first time). I'm a nurse working in an ED who was looking for this mask as PPE protection. Then they finally responded 5 weeks later saying they can't do anything if the package was stolen, but they can offer me 20% off of a new order, essentially slapping me in the face and making me pay 180% for masks I ordered. No thanks, I told them I'd file a claim for a refund from my CC, and soon afterwards i would get immediate email responses and calls. Of course I couldn't pick up the call because I was busy at work saving lives, they didn't pick up my phone calls when I called them a multitude of times, why should I answer them now since I told them I am going to get a refund from my CC considering the customer service rep was absolutely useless in doing her job? She 100% has some generic copy and paste response for everyone. I got my refund from my CC. With that said, the name of the customer service rep is Christine. How she still has her job is beyond me.

With Covid-19, we weren't allowed to have measurement/ordering time at the school so I personally had measure myself and order my own lab coat/scrubs/patches etc. They were very open to me coming to the store to pick up my uniforms instead of me having to pay the shipping charges. The woman on the phone was very thorough and helpful. She made the transaction seamless (I wish I got her name). All my items were ready for pick up within 7 business days. Very impressed. I called to say I'd pick up within the hour of them letting me know they were available for pick up and they accommodated to that. I knocked on the door when I arrived and she double checked everything was correct in the bag and off I went! I can't express enough at how impressed I am with their customer service. If you need uniforms and are in the New Hampshire area, I HIGHLY recommend McGills.
