My physical therapist says I should tell you about my experience with the owner. Another review…read morecommented on how things have changed. They have. My appointment was frustrating and disappointing, embarrassing and humiliating. The moment I walked in the door, they demanded my license and medical insurance. First thing! When I said that this visit was not covered, she projected across the store, loudly, "Not cancer." The mood changed. The owner then gave me a short interview, grabbed a bunch of bras, put in the fitting room and told me to go at my own pace, and call her when I needed help. NO MEASUREMENTS! After three unanswered calls for assistance, I put on the little robe they provided and went to look for her but the UPS man was right there! I ran back into the fitting room, gathered my things and went to find her. She immediately pawned me off on someone else and began helping another client. When the owner realized that I wasn't going to put several triple digit costing bras on an insurance, I was not worth her time. I seem to remember, I may be wrong but, in Amherst they gave a small discount to those without insurance. It didn't matter why we came to her. Wigs, compassion was all available years ago. A customer that returns over the years would spend as much as a cancer patient with insurance but I will never return. So if you don't have cancer insurance you will get better service at Macy's.

I usually never leave reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable and others need to know this…read morebefore bringing a wedding gown here. My original appointment was good, and the owner was nice (originally). I dropped off two dresses, one of which was my wedding gown. (Ignoring the second dress that is now too small) I paid $245 for clear, cheap buttons on my wedding dress bustle (which ended up being uneven and still dragging on one side). I was unaware these are apparently the buttons she uses on ALL wedding gown bustles, regardless of style or color. Upon calling her, the owner argued with me, refused any refund, and said it was unfair of me to go elsewhere without letting her replace them with the same plastic buttons, but black. It would have been a different story if she did not yell at me over the phone when I only requested a PARTIAL refund or matching buttons to be used. I will not be going back, especially due to the owner refusing to take responsibility and blaming me for going elsewhere.

Where do I start to sing the praises of Michael Q and Oxygen Express? I needed two units for a road…read moretrip, and from start to finish, Michael's customer service was top notch and the equipment was clean and functioning well. Michael worked with me until I was comfortable with the tubing, settings and controls and also made a special trip to my home, around dinnertime no less, to bring me a new shoulder strap for the unit I had rented, just before I left town. When Oxygen Express says they are available 24/7, they mean it. I was leaving on a two-week road trip and had rented both a pulse-dose concentrator as well as a continuous-flow concentrator from Oxygen Express. I did have one snafu with the pulse-dose unit and called Michael late in the evening while I was on the road, and he answered promptly and walked me through what to do. We got the machine going again and I continued on my vacation without a hitch. Michael was great to work with, very compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. If I ever need portable concentrator rental again, I will go straight to Michael Q and Oxygen Express. Thank you for helping make my vacation a pleasant one. Cynthia L

She and my father were due to get on a 6-hour flight to go back home, and we had 2 days to find this portable unit! Our wonderful nursing case managers at BID in Plymouth located Michael Quinlan and his business Oxygen Express, and put us in contact with him. He went out of his way to drive all the way from NH to Quincy, MA and met us so we could pick up the unit. He was patient, and showed us how to use the unit ~ he was so accommodating, and we are so grateful! My parents made it home safe and they were very impressed with the Inogen unit that we rented from Michael.
