Truth be told: I don't know if Maria smokes butts...but I can tell you that she is an older European woman who is one hell of a tailor!! I have been to see her many times and she is great. This is a tough review for me. I worked with a guy named Brian and he was really nice and easy to…read morework with. He helped me create a business card for my new business. Since it was my first business, I had never made cards before and didn't know what to expect... Overall I liked my cards he designed and they were delivered when he said they would be, but - Since then I have ordered other cards from other businesses. I was WAY over charged. I don't know if it was because I was young and he knew I didn't know any better, or if his prices are just that much higher. My second complaint was the cards. They came in two boxes. They were delivered at the same time and kept in the same office in a dry spot. For whatever reason on the second box, almost 3/4 of the cards stuck together on one end. When I pulled them apart it would leave a white spot down the edge. It looked awful and unprofessional, but I had paid so much money for them, I couldn't throw them away. I am in the middle about this place. He was nice and easy to work with, but I think they are super expensive and the final product was sub-par. I have bought my business cards else where since.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE for your boat cover. Stay away. I'm speaking purely from my experience with a…read moreboat cover they made for me. All I wanted was for the old cover that was worn to be reproduced. They insisted on redesigning the cover. When I showed up to pick up the cover and my boat they tried to charge me more money than the originally agreed upon price. Glad I had it in writing. Their new design did not work well, had ponding of water. They did offer to fix it, but that required leaving the boat with them again, which was a significant amount of driving for me and killed the rest of my boating season. After they "fixed" the cover, I was disappointed to discover that they did not modify it so it matched the design of my original cover. They only added a couple more snap poles in the corners which are very difficult to put into place. In addition, they stole two of my original cover poles and vents for reasons that baffle me and have not returned them. You have been warned.
