Since it was my first business, I had never made cards before and didn't know what to expect... Overall I liked my cards he designed and they were delivered when he said they would be, but - Since then I have ordered other cards from other businesses. I was WAY over charged. I don't know if it was because I was young and he knew I didn't know any better, or if his prices are just that much higher. My second complaint was the cards. They came in two boxes. They were delivered at the same time and kept in the same office in a dry spot. For whatever reason on the second box, almost 3/4 of the cards stuck together on one end. When I pulled them apart it would leave a white spot down the edge. It looked awful and unprofessional, but I had paid so much money for them, I couldn't throw them away. I am in the middle about this place. He was nice and easy to work with, but I think they are super expensive and the final product was sub-par. I have bought my business cards else where since.

The products themselves were of excellent quality and the work on the finished products was outstanding. ( The engravings were clear and crisp, and the oil finish on the wooden gifts brought out the beauty of the wood grain.). I found the quoted prices to be fair and of excellent value, and the time to delivery to be accurate. The items were well protected during shipment, and arrived in perfect condition. Her staff follow her lead, and they are all so very helpful, and their follow-up is fantastic. They're just as friendly whether I make a purchase, or let them know I'm just curious. Specifically - Last March, I was in the market for a new serger. I had done a lot of research, checked out some other stores, and then came in here with a list of questions to see what they might say. I am THRILLED with my purchase (I bought the Babylock Accolade, which is a combination Serger/Coverstitch). Before I'd even completed the purchase, they were encouraging me to sign up for lessons, and even waived the fee for the 1st class. I've now had 3 or 4 lessons, 2 more scheduled so far, and the staff continue to be both helpful & informative. The instructor is very knowledgeable in sewing, embroidery and sergers (my coverstitch is coming up - but I expect she'll be great with that, too). Realizing that the inventory of any store is limited by space, this store carries quite a varied inventory, including Babylock, Brother & Juke. They have sewing machines, quilting machines, embroidery machines (single & multi needle), sergers, and even a higher end Brother Scan n Cut. They carry a modest selection of fabric, a large collection of embroidery thread, embroidery software, and more presser feet, tools, kits, notions and other stuff that I cannot even remember it all. They now have a loyalty program, and it looks like you get to spin a wheel if you spend more than $50 in one purchase. It looks like fun! You can also find them on Facebook, and they're doing new things all the time. They love customer interaction!! Now for a more serious side note - this time for the disabled. My adult daughter is completely dependent, in a wheelchair & non-verbal (though she understands what is being said, and has a killer smile!). When they see us at the door, they rush to open the door for us. While in the store, ALL the staff has taken time to greet my daughter and ask her questions (my daughter can communicate through facial expressions). They have taken the time to learn her name, and they greet her by name. If there is something we cannot reach or access, someone is right there to cheerfully give us a hand. After any class, when I need to push my daughter's chair AND pull the trolly with my machine, the owner herself has taken the trolly right out to our van! I know I often jump up on an ADA soapbox when something is wrong, and then pick apart even the smallest of things. Here is one of the few opportunities I have to be quick to point out where people are just doing it all right. I am seriously impressed with their service and their attitudes, and my daughter loves this store and the people!

Customer service, helpfulness, and the feeling that you matter are important. I don't expect to get treated like King SH, in fact I don't "expect" anything - it's up to the other to demonstrate whether they deserve my business, my loyalty, and Next Level gets that done every time. It's been my store since day one. Day one I found the atmosphere friendly and respectful. I especially like that they have a computer set up for customers to do the back ground check form. No messy paper work to mess with! Everything rolls and they get you done fast - love it! They stand behind their products, stand behind you 110% and you'll never feel like a red headed step child calling back with questions or for help. Perhaps that's because, like myself, they're veterans. I don't know but you feel it right away. I just purchased my third firearm from them, a Walther PPQ .45. I called, came in, and bought it - no hemming and hawing. If Brian was surprised at how fast and decisive I was from phone call to coming in he needn't have been, Next Level has earned my loyalty and trust. And Brian is just great along with others there I've dealt with. As usual he took the time to go over the piece like a friend would. I hope I haven't come off as, well, like overly fawning, etc. but I really like Next Level.
