I am very disappointed with the communication from the club's administration. I enrolled my 2…read morechildren in the after school program this year for the first time. While the staff who supervise the kids are very nice, the communication from the top is to my surprise terrible. I was notified via email that the rates were going to change and was given 3 weeks notice before my next payment was due with the new rate which was doubled! Yes, a 100% increase in the school age fee. I responded sharing my concerns and have yet to been contacted by the COO who sent the notification. I called to follow up and the nice woman who answered the phone told me the managers were all unavailable. I shared my concerns with her and asked her to forward them to the right people. I never heard back, even after submitting my withdrawal notice. My family left the program unhappy and nobody who oversees the big picture seems to care.
