Entering this location it's clear they follow all mandates for safety. The store is spotlessness & even smells clean. Associates wear masks and are behind plexiglass when they wait on you. I'm not much of an in- store shopper. So I usually shop online & pick up my purchases when ready. This has to be one of the easiest & most convenient ways to shop! I select what I want, apply coupons, Kohl's cash & any promos & then pay. It's simple. Usually within minutes I will receive a text informing me that my order is ready for pickup. WOW! Each time I've gone to this location I'm greeted by a cheerful associate. It wasn't busy this afternoon & the woman who assisted me today was excellent. I've seen her before & she's always great to deal with. There's nothing worse than entering a store with rude associates acting like they are doing you a favor while they assist you. You won't find that at this location! My order was scanned, ready and I was back in my car in maybe 5 minutes.... Awesome! read more

Kind of irritating they don't have shopping carriages to put young children in. I have had luck at this store before finding size 0 jeans for women, however this time around it was a no-go. Considering the selection of different jeans, I would have thought I'd find at least one pair of 0. Admittedly, I might have been able to look at each price tag on the pants (rather than hanger) if my child wasn't running amok between all the racks. read more

This is my absolute favorite Kohl's store within a 50 mile radius. It's never crowded, they literally have THE best clearance section (skincare and makeup especially!!), and all the employees I've ever encountered here are very helpful and kind. Wayyy better than the one in Salem. I'll be shopping here from now on whenever I need something at Kohl's read more

I like this location way more than others. I am not sure why, but I always seem to find all of the really good clearance stuff. We sometimes get a 30% of coupon which is great to use on clearance and regular priced items. They always have great prices on housewares too which is where I get a lot of mine, better quality than say.wal mahhhts and less trashy. The cashiers are a little annoying with the credit card thing but whatever, I have never heard of what the other reviewer said..even though they reviewed Seabrook under Plaistow. read more

I feel like this Kohl's has a better selection than the Salem one. However, for a Wednesday afternoon, it was so messy! We came for shoes and the shoe selection was rather limited, but it was definitely understaffed. Last weekend I called customer service and was on hold for the tech department for almost 10 minutes. I believe they need a major hire. read more

I had a hellish shopping experience. I accompanied my wife to purchase 2 swimsuits. Earlier in the day, I received an email which stated: "One day only, 25% off purchases $100 + or 20% off purchases less than $100." The fine print clearly states that the offer is valid both IN-STORE and on kohls.com. First, the cashier insisted that it was not valid in-store. Then, the cashier next to her made the same contention (not valid for IN-STORE purchases) and she directed me to Customer Service. There, a third employee took the same stance, despite me pointing out to her the statement right on the offer that I had printed out, that the offer was for both IN-STORE and kohls.com. She summoned the manager, Mary Ann. Again, I showed her the printed out offer. She seemed to doubt that I had accurately or honestly printed out the offer, so I showed her the email on my phone. I don't know what the problem was with those four employees but they all caused me GREAT aggravation. I submitted a complaint on kohls.com and was sent a totally unsatisfactory generic reply. This Kohl's is the most organized one that I have been to and not totally picked over like the one in Salem. I like the coupons and I don't think I have ever paid full price for anything here. I love their housewares, but they are a tad on the expensive side in this area. The Juniors section is great, but sometimes I want women's clothes for work and the women's selections are always very "farty" looking. This is my go-to place for undies and things- cute and cheap stuff! read more

I called the store to ask about the availability of the 14 cup programmable Cuisinart coffee maker. I was placed on hold for approximately five minutes before speaking to an associate . When I finally spoke to somebody they told me to go online to find the SKU number which I could not find. I asked if they could just go look and they told me there were too many coffee pots to look at and that they must have the SKU number I said thank you anyways and called theKohl's ' store In Hookset New Hampshire. I was on the phone less than 2 minutes and the associate went and looked and got back to me with an affirmative answer within 45 seconds. Obviously the Plaistow store did not care enough to want my business. As a rule, I love to shop at Kohls. I am done with the Plaistow store however. read more

Horrible location. I was trying on things in the fitting room and all I could hear were two female employees talking about customers because of how the fitting room looked. They were calling them nasty and messy, and saying things like these are grown woman and they should be ashamed of themselves. I understand and have seen some that are messy but shame on them to talk like that when there is a customer in there. They left the fitting room and as I opened the door, there was a male employee cleaning the floor right outside my door. I was shocked. I told my husband and he asked the women why there was a male employee in there cleaning while I was in there. They answered with "no one was in there, the doors weren't closed". Obviously there was because I was in there. read more

Is it me, or does the limited amount of time on the Kohls promotions drive anyone else crazy? Sure great deals but to use the promotions they give you neccessitates constantly being in the store or getting stuck on their marketing treadmill. It's an insult to my intelligence. I'm constantly collecting scratch offs, peel off, kohls cash, etc. But everytime I go to use it, within a week of a previos purchase, the promotions has either expired the previous day or its impossible to apply to an online purchase. I made a sgnificant purchase there Saturday got a 20% discount coupon, it expired yesterday Wednesday. I don't know about anyone else but I work! Shopped Saturday and you give me a four day window to have to shop again to take advantage of your "deals", seriously? What an insulting marketing ploy. Also got Kohls cash, I can never get my on line order to recognize it, I have to call and email or complain. Look, give the deal or don't, dont make your customers have to eat sleep and breath kohls to participate. And yes, if you stamp your feet they'll honor it but come on. Treat your customers with respect and quit making them jump through hoops to chase your deals or act like monkeys on a string to benefit. Its really a continuous let down and an insult.
