Love buying good shoes at a good price. The owner also helps donating new shoes to the homeless. Great corporate citizen!

I love Savers for donating and shopping…read more I found a medical lift (retail $800) for $200 at this location. I had a 30% coupon which they honored without hesitation.

Free People, Karl Lagerfeld, Converse, etc. are all examples of branded items I have found here in the past in like new or very good condition that were very inexpensive. Flash forward to now, they keep a large majority of the "good" items behind a counter that rarely has anyone assigned to it, so if you want to look at any of the clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes, etc. behind that counter, you often have to literally search for an employee. On the racks, every now and then I can still find a deal, but please tell me why Walmart and Target brand clothing are marked up higher than name brands? A Free People shirt for 8 dollars but a Walmart shirt for 11? A Nike shirt with stains and the labels peeling off for 13? A Gildan concert tee for 10? The prices don't make any sense! I've seen multiple jackets and jeans pushing 20 or over 20 bucks, which is INSANE for a thrift store. Some of the clothes and shoes you can buy brand new at Walmart, Target, TJMaxx, etc., for the same price or maybe a dollar more. It's giving greedy, a little. These are donations marked up to extreme highs. I still shop and buy when I find a good steal but it's becoming rarer every time I come.

They have retractable stanchions that must be physically retracted by security to allow you to pass through the entrance and into the shopping area. THE LAST TIME I WENT, A WOMAN EMPLOYEE (NOT SECURITY) RAN TO THE STANCHION BELT AND SECURED IT WITH HER FIST AND INSTRUCTED ME TO LOOK UP AT THE CAMERA! I just turned around and spent my money at Marshalls, a much more pleasant experience. Burlington, please do better. We go there to shop, is not the airport customs!

I'm a Karl Lagerfeld Paris lover, and they have so many of his purses there. Women's clothing and underwear selections are decent. Negatives: Unfortunately, pretty much everything else. There have been times I've been in the store where I could barely walk through the aisles, since shoes and clothes had been kicked across the floor and left everywhere. Crazy customers happen, I get it, but the employees don't seem too bothered about it. In the figures/collectables/gifts section during the winter, so many empty boxes could be found from people stealing the items inside, which is super frustrating for customers as well as employees. When I handed a few empty boxes I found to a male employee, he just sighed. The employees are hit or miss. Some are very nice, but some seem like they'd rather be anywhere but there. One employee, the woman who works by the dressing rooms, is so lovely and sweet. She made my day the other afternoon with how nice she was to me. Majority of the employees I have encountered speak more Spanish then they do English, which does not affect or bother me since I do speak and understand some Spanish, but for people who struggle with it, customer-employee conversations may be difficult. Just a heads up! Overall, I think the experience here is always very dependent on the crowds, the employees on shift, and how organized the store is.
