They asked my friend what she had in her pocket (it was her lipgloss), implying that we were shoplifting. They did not treat the other customers this way (we are not white). They said we were "enamored" with the bracelets and told us we should have them hold it for us. Can we not shop in peace? The only kind person was a teenager doing our forever bracelets. Stated that she didn't have time to look up how much it would cost. Told us we would have to come back. We drove 2 hours to that store specifically and were told to come back another day. We offered to look the cost of the dress up on the website and were given a "good luck" response from the girl. In 5 minutes we had found the cost, and another girl stepped in to help. The second girl was much more friendly and willing to sell the dress. Fast forward to the day of the prom, and we realized that the security tag had not been removed from the dress. Tried to call the store for help, but was unable to get through to anyone. Very stressful experience start to finish with this store. If she didn't love the dress so much we would have brought our business elsewhere.

This visit did not disappoint. The store and the inventory is absolutely beautiful, however, it's the quality of the people who stand behind the counters that sparkle.
