Brand new shirt, laundered ONCE. Got it back and the collar looks far older than it should. Has that strange shine from being pressed with something TOO HOT. Showed the woman working there (again, very nice). She noticed as well, and confirmed it was pressed too hot. Said in the future they will do everything by hand instead of by machine. Think it's two or three extra dollars. I imagine there's gotta be another place that can do standard dry cleaning on this type of typical shirt, not have to pay extra, and not get back a shirt that automatically looks aged. Unfortunately now I have my favorite brand new shirt that looks older than it should. Like my other shirts I've brought there. Shame. ps. Awesome customer service tip would be to make up for the damage by offering some type of free cleaning, or better yet, reimburse for the shirt.
