They have people that come in to maintain the products on a regular basis which none of us would have the luxury of doing once a purchase was in our home. Today we came in to look for a power recliner for my mother. Two ladies were working at the time and one of them greeted us. Her name was Christine Farris. Her interest level in working with us was marginal at best. Yet a couple came in she said she had a 4:00pm appointment with and we were an after thought. She was kissing their behinds looking to win their sale; apparently she thought their money was better than ours. At the end of the day we ordered a custom, leather recliner and they left without a decision to be made. Can't judge a book by its cover. All in all the quality of the furniture in here is superior to the other big box shops such as Bobs, Bernie & Phil's or Jordan's. Also feel that since it is a smaller company you have less red tape to deal with if you need to make a claim on it using an extended warranty. I hope to not find out.

They carry a selection of Hawaiian Heat chocolates & macadamia nut treats, Nestle Aero bars, and Walker's Shortbread cookies which I will buy on occasion. The prices here are a bit high though. They offer the free World Market Rewards (Explorer) which you can get discounts (5% back) when you shop here and they also have their premier credit card too.

And mind you I'm not asking for help just to check out. Their bad attitudes actually surpass the ridiculous prices other people have mentioned. And the amazing thing is it doesn't matter who is working - they all have the same lousy attitude toward customers. It must be part of the employee training. They greet you when you come in, okay that's nice, but as you walk around the store, they keep popping up at weird times, and in weird places. Asking questions, asking what you like, interrupting my husband and I several times. It almost reminded me of an escape room experience. We were close to making a purchase, but the people were so annoying that we left and went to another store instead.
