They asked my friend what she had in her pocket (it was her lipgloss), implying that we were shoplifting. They did not treat the other customers this way (we are not white). They said we were "enamored" with the bracelets and told us we should have them hold it for us. Can we not shop in peace? The only kind person was a teenager doing our forever bracelets. And, as we were leaving, Jen the manager asked if we paid, even though we were clearly at the register.

Beware of consigning here.. You are not given any receipt when dropping off. They randomly decide…read morewhich items they will take later. Anything they reject, according to their own discretion, is set aside for donation. But you cannot pick those up or get them back. These supposedly go into a monthly $5/item sale, the proceeds of which get donated. If an item is accepted and you disagree with pricing, you need to pay 20% to them to get it back. Thievery. These were not off brand Items to be donated that were said to have faults that did not exist: Givenchy, Kate Spade, Tods, Sam Edelman, etc.

I've stopped in a few times and found some interesting albeit overpriced items and the people who work here could not be less helpful - let alone welcoming. And mind you I'm not asking for help just to check out. Their bad attitudes actually surpass the ridiculous prices other people have mentioned. And the amazing thing is it doesn't matter who is working - they all have the same lousy attitude toward customers. It must be part of the employee training. The people at Goodwill are nicer and the merchandise is about equal and better priced. Skip this place and go elsewhere.
