The inventory was mostly heavily worn clothing, older furniture, and random odds and ends. We spent some time looking around but didn't find a single thing worth buying. The experience itself didn't help. There was a dog barking before we even came through the door. As we walked toward it, the dog was shut in a bathroom, and I overheard a comment suggesting it only reacted after seeing me. Since it had already been barking before I entered, that struck me as an odd and unnecessary thing to say. The front door was left wide open, and while browsing I was bitten by a flying insect inside the store. I ended up with welts afterward. I know bugs can happen anywhere, but it definitely wasn't something I expected while shopping indoors. The store also felt surprisingly loud and cramped. Between the barking dog, conversations carrying throughout the shop, and the tight layout, it wasn't a relaxing place to browse--even though we were the only customers there. What honestly surprised me most was seeing the near-perfect online ratings afterward. Everyone has different tastes, but based on my visit, I just don't understand the hype. I left empty-handed and with bug bites, which isn't exactly the thrift-store experience I was hoping for. I do wish the owners the best, but my visit was disappointing enough that I don't see myself returning.

Everything seemed over priced but there was a 300 color tag system that indicated what percent off the item was that even the most cunning mathematical minds would struggle to decipher. At that point the woman running the shop was on the phone, behind her hoarders pile of crap at the front counter. At that point I waited 5-10 minutes for her to get off the phone or acknowledge me. I was interested in three things that weren't priced. After no acknoledgement again I walked around and looked at the worst collection of records I have ever seen for sale. 10-15 more minutes of waiting for her to get off the phone and I had enough... you might find something worth getting her but it is worth the hassle ? The whole time I was here I was worried that a pile of something was going to fall on me, the place is set up like they are going to shoot a hoarders episode here.

Her son told her that the price had been scratched out so she knew which cabinet it was. I didn't even know she had a website. So her telling me I was getting one over on her is really stupid. Then she writes in her rebuttal how confused she was. She was not confused. That unit was priced in her store for $300. We offered her $200. She said she wanted to talk to her son which she did do, and I spoke to my husband to make sure he was still agreeable. She called me back and agreed to the price. I gave her the name of the unit and it's dementions. Now she's playing stupid saying she thought it was the gray one. I told her it was not a gray one and confirmed everything before I Venmod her and scheduled a pick up date. Her husband threatened me scaring the crap out of me he got right in my face and his big fat belly touched me. I told the police and they did nothing. They said it was. civil matter but then turned around and threatened to arrest me because I wanted the cabinet we paid for. telling me it wasn't mine. How was it not mine. I paid in full and made arrangements to pick it up. I sent her photos of the label and the dementions that we had taken the night before telling her as we were leaving that if it fit we'd be back the next day. So we paid for it and the police threatened me telling me to take the refund or loose the money entirely. So much for not being there for the civil part. So I left because they told me I had to. She sends me a refund and in her statement on Google she said I refused it. That never happened. And she charged me a fee for whatever. I sent her $200 she refunded me $196.50. That company did a shady thing. She told the police that I could come back anytime. Well she blocked me on Facebook. I think that's because she got an offer for that cabinet after I paid her from Facebook. where she had it for $700. I hope that the people who read this bought that cabinet for $700 and realize they got ripped off. Out of the blue she just remembered that she posted that cabinet back in March ? can't remember what she said but it was definitely along time ago. She can remember that but is confused about her in store items. And she keeps saying someone scribbled out the price. the price was $400 they scratched it out and changed it to $300. and now they are blaming their customers of trying to put one over on them. I have the whole recording of what she claims is me abusing her. We were both a little louder then we should have been. But her husband came out and physically threatened me. All on video. So Maria keep lying to make yourself look good and maybe I'll post the video and let the people decide. Your statement is so full of lies. you need to do the tight things, tell the truth. I don't want your cabinet I actually found a much nicer for half the money. So buyer beware what you buy from this women.

Rather than a you break it, you buy it policy, this place discriminates against people with disabilities. What if a permanently disabled person in a wheelchair wanted to shop here, would they be told to get out? Isn't that illegal? A disgusting and likely illegal policy. I'll never shop here now.
