That person said "WE ARE CLOSED" I used caps because she was quite indignant with a snotty attitude. I said through the glass door "Oh you just startled me, I was not expecting anyone to be in there." "Your shop is beautiful." To which she replies "doing paperwork, we are closed." NO Kidding. There were no lights on, and the closed sign told me so. I can tell you, though, with that attitude, I would never recommend anyone come into your store.
