Jewelry is extremely overpriced - they think they are a jewelry store and not a "THRIFT" shop.

This savers has a huge selection of stuff. I give this 4 instead of 5 stars because some of the items are really high priced.

I will brake for a thrift store, consignment shop, whatever, anytime, anywhere, and have been doing so for years; prices have gone up everywhere.

I went to buy extra dishes for Thanksgiving but each plate or bowl, no matter its condition, was $3. I found out that day, Hobby Lobby has the SAME PRICES for NEW items! A set of four beautiful bowls, $12. Tried Home Goods and again, $12 for four plates. We can do better at any other store, even non clearance items, and they are new. Really Not-so-goodwill, you can do better. And honestly, what are you doing with all the money from customers who "round up". Jeeesh do you get to keep the interest you make on all that money. Quote; "Financial Impact of Roundup Donations Growth in Donations: Roundup donations have significantly increased, with total contributions rising from $389 million to $749 million over the past decade." Really?! Who is benefiting? The article goes on to say goodwill does not specify where the donated funds are directed.

They had great friendly staff and Tammy went out of her way to make sure we found what we were looking for at the Manchester New Hampshire Goodwill store. There was plenty of parking and great hours. So much so I hesitate to touch anything. The shelves and floor are no better. People might be more apt to purchase something if it was clean and neatly put on the shelves. I have seen the woman that puts out the items just plunk them any place and most of it is real junk. Its not worth my time to go anymore.

Ive shopped here a few times during the pandemic and each trip I've found the store to be completely COVID compliant. It's a large store with everything kind of spread out and at times I've found some really great items. Depending on the day or week certain color tickets go on sale. . Today the 50% off tickets were : white and blue. Green tickets : , .99 Everything is hung up and catagorized. But you do have to look through long racks - sometimes loaded with overpriced items and it takes time. If you have the patience and can deal with the fact that it's an older store, the long racks with some of the stock stained/ripped etc it can be a good place to shop for vintage, modern & anything in between. You never know what you will find! I'll also add that each time I've been here the staff are always pleasant and helpful !

They also had a good selection of nick nacks, kitchen stuff, furniture & all that other stuff out back. I was very impressed with their prices. I visited another goodwill store back in April down the street & was very disappointing as their prices were very expensive & they hardly had anything in their store. This is the store to go to!!! I went in hoping that they may have had some Pyrex for sale but didn't find any but walked out with a cat litter box, dish drying pad, old fashion travel iron and a plastic dog food container. The pet stuff I actually got for my Mom's dog & cat. I went in with my friend who was looking for some sheets for his camper bed & he walked out with this super cute small desk & chair for his daughter & a dresser for himself. Those were also reasonably priced. There was a little line that moved kinda slow. There were only 2 cashiers working. I believe they have to manually punch in the prices (I can't remember...lol) so that can make things a little slow.....so don't be in a hurry when stopping in here. In the past I've actually dropped off some donations which was very easy. They had bins on the side of the building that you drop your stuff off in or you could walk it inside next to the bins & drop it off in there. Real quick process.
