As a final touch, I received a hand-written note from Jackie thanking me asking if she could do anything else to help assist me. This first-class personable service is hard to find. I took the sweater back and gave them a heads up that I would be purchasing something else of much greater value, but they only offered to have it fixed. I understand that was a fairly reasonable offer, but this was a present for someone to be given tomorrow. The manager seems short sighted given the option to make a sale of three times the value, they would rather upset me for $50 and the conviction not to return.
