They are not "cheap" if you need to use 6 to get a sturdy plate that won't collapse when you put food on it. The food selection is small but better than nothing. Cleaning products, plastic bags and storage bowls are plentiful. Overall it's worth the trip. Just know that you may not be able to get staff help.

That being said, the customer service today at the Seabrook NH store was terrible. Five people in line at the fabric counter with ONLY ONE sales associate. The poor girl had to USE A CALCULATOR to figure price based on yardage cut. Then she had to HAND WRITE the calculations on a slip of paper. NOTHING was computerized or scanned. When I got to the front registers to check out, there were only two registers open with at least 12 CUSTOMERS in each line. The manager was standing in front of the registers walking back and forth and staring out the front windows into the parking lot. Why did he not open a register and assist??? The register associates were very pleasant and apologized for the long wait. These issues fall on management, not the associates. And as I'm sure you know, Hobby Lobby does NOT scan merchandise bar codes. They press register buttons for each item! It's 2025 - maybe Hobby Lobby should consider using self-checkout like the majority of other retail stores have been using for years?? My total time standing in line at Hobby Lobby today was over 40 minutes .... UGH!!!!
