If I could wave a magic wand I'd get rid of Walgreens. If you need to speak to someone, well tough luck because they will put you on a 50 minute hold while kicking you out of their system multiple times and having to call back and now hearing you are the second caller in line. It takes them so long to get prescriptions ready too. Need your Drs office to send a medication here? Too bad. If I leave a voicemail, they claim to never get it. They apparently don't know how to do anything manually like send a fax, and the once or twice they have actually gotten my voicemail in the 2 years I've been responsible for calling them in, they call back asking questions that were very clearly left in the voicemail (we record all info that we leave in voicemails in a log). Somehow Walmart is the best pharmacy I deal with, hands down. Hopefully the next wave of pharmacy bankrupting turns towards Walgreens next.

When I got up to the window, I stated I just wanted a certain prescription and here's my name and last name, he proceeded to ask my name again and I repeated my name again, then he asked AGAIN for my last name, I said it again and then he said "okay you have two prescriptions." I repeated myself again saying I only wanted one certain prescription and not the other. He then said "you don't want the other prescription at all??" I said "no I cannot afford the other prescription right now, can I please just have the prescription I asked for?" He then came back WITH BOTH prescriptions and said "it's only 7 dollars are sure you don't want it?" That right there is why I am balling my eyes out in my truck right now. Of course I want the medication but I can't afford it right now and the fact I had to repeat it multiple times that I couldn't afford it made me so embarrassed. If a customer says 'I can't afford it' in the future, then read the freaking room. Edit: Got home and meds were completely wrong. Had to go back to get my correct dosage that I've been taking for years.

The outstanding staff they had disappeared quickly, one by one, and no one "knew " anything. I left my last Walgreens due to massive changes that left me with not one recognizable face, and my prescriptions became a problem. This store's just done the same. New faces, not a single person I recognize. It's shameful, really. These new people are way off their game, medicines our of stock, saying they're there only to be told I'll have to wait 3 more days for it to come. Wonderful. I'm already 3 days behind this medicine, now it will be 6 days. I'm fed up and moving to another Walgreens where I do recognize a few people, and hope for improvement over what I've experienced lately. I've never been anything but respectful and it's places like this that have killed thousands of ppl due to personal feelings towards ppl who some are actually trying to live a productive life. Sooooooo professional and attentive. 0-star for the scheduling / appointmens... The system allows users to double-book a given timeslot! So, two people at 10:00, two people at 10:15, etc.... The nurse ends up finishing work at 8:00 instead of 6:00 to clear the backlogs! This is frustrating for everyone.... customers and employees.... This is not how a health clinic should run. Will I go back? Maybe. Good idea on paper --- cheaper alternative to seeing your PCP. But be prepared to wait a long long time......

There is no logical reason for re-scanning the item after voiding it!!! The quality was lousy, and when I returned them the women challenged me, and actually counted the qty in the box in front of me! so much for :satisfaction guaranteed!
