I shop at this CVS location regularly, and honestly, 99 percent of the reason I choose this one over others is the front store staff. They are all amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful! They are always willing to assist with anything, whether it is helping me or other customers find products in the store, assisting at self checkout, helping with photo orders and printing, or fixing an issue when something does not ring up correctly. Their customer service really stands out. I also place online orders for in store pickup quite often, and they go above and beyond. Many times, as soon as I walk in, they are already grabbing my order from the shelf and getting me checked out before I even have to say anything. Hands down the best CVS location. I wish I didnt have to give any stars. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy hands down. Its better to drive out of your way to the next closest one. Constantly returning prescriptions on last day of pick-up so prepare to pick up your prescription early and dont pay attention to the amount of time youre supposed to be given. They are rude. Dont care about anything or anyone. Disorganized and constantly keep you waiting with no regard to anyone but chatting amongst themselves and getting out of doing their job as quickly as they can. The manager of the pharmacy is the worst of them too and rolls her eyes is disrespectful and doesnt care about anything. Ive seen her yell at elders while sitting around laughing and chatting with the other co-workers there and have waited 30+ minutes for a prescription that was supposed to already be ready and nobody was in line. this place should be shut down with how horrible it is. read more

Stopped in this location to pick up a few things on sale. The store is set up in such a way there isn't much space for 2 people to navigate the aisles without one yielding for the other. That wasn't all that important, but awkward just the same. When I did get up front to purchase what I wanted to buy, the cashier had to be one of the most unfriendly I've ever encountered. I don't expect to be welcomed with open arms, but geeez... The interaction was most unpleasant. Perhaps it was my using coupons along with the CVS app that made it inconvenient for her? Or just a bad day? Who knows. .... I'm not into moody. I'm not a big CVS shopper. I feel that the merchandise without using coupons is way overpriced. So, I made a mental note to try not to use this location again at least for awhile. read more

I write this because sometimes the general public tend to FORGET that decisions made for the staff are made by HR and/or the 'people' that I like to refer to 'as the people sitting at that big table'. I have had mainly POSITIVE and REALLY NICE interactions with staff, mainly AMANDA. Who actually remembers me and I only get prescription toothpaste there. So, just remember people, we ALL have negative experiences at our OWN places of employment. Be glad that you are in most instances, NOT lambasted on YELP for being a HUMAN BEING. Another bad experience here. Going to switch to another pharmacy. Went to downtown CVs and they didn't have prescription. They called here and they had the medication here Told them the person waiting for the prescription was just out of the hospital. Didn't seem to matter. Had to wait an hour. Not going to do this again. read more

I would have posted a 4* as usually everyone is pretty helpful in the store and in the pharmacy but last week I was there to pick up some EpiPens (ugh - pistachio allergy) and the pharmacist got all angry about the pre=-printed prescription that my allergist used. Umm - sorry - not my problem if you don't like the prescription form - call the doctor if you feel that angry about it. read more

This is a decent CVS. Conveniently situated on Route 125 on the southbound side. Parking lot has enough spaces but can fill up quick during holidays. The parking lot is shared with the other retailers in the mini strip mall. The drive-thru runs to the back where you can easily depart and jump back on route 125 if necessary. Inside, the store is setup like a typical CVS, no surprises. Pharmacy is located in the back, registers to the left, and lots of inventory on plenty of shelves. For a quick snack, this CVS is a good choice. However, I have found some of the food not to be fresh even though not expired. For example, a bag of Cracker Jacks with a date of "1 DEC 15" should taste fresh. Today it tastes bland and lousy. I tossed the bag because it tasted old. I have used the pharmacy inside the store. Every time, the folks behind have been helpful. As in most other CVS stores, the pharmacists change out often. So the person who had a previous experience several months ago may have a better experience because the pharmacist has changed. In any event, I recommend this CVS for quick stuff. read more

Brought a prescription here to be filled because Walmart had no stock. Dropped off written prescription with no issue. Ten minutes later a get a call from the pharmacist asking me where I normally have script filled and why I am not filling it there. I told her and asked if there was a problem. She replied that it seemed suspicious that I was switching pharmacies. I told her that she was being rude and unprofessional. I was then told that due to my attitude she would not fill the prescription. She also threatened to throw the prescription away. I asked if I could just come by and pick it up. I picked it up a few hours later and brought it to Rite Aid and filled it with no issues. I noticed other comments about the pharmacist being disrespectful to customers so I really think the store should address this. read more

I like the drive thru option and auto refill options here. However, I have asked them to update my phone number like 100 times and it took them the 100th time to do so.. but whatever. This one is pretty big and I like the rewards card cause I got $30 worth of schtuff for less than $10 with my monthly rewards. This particular store wins for hiring the most interesting (to put it nicely) people in the area. Overall a good place for stuff when WalMart isn't on your list for places to go. read more

Beware entering this CVS before closing! Came in at 9:50 to grab one item, ice queen did not appreciate it and let us know. No one wants stragglers at the end of the shift, but no one wants to be barked at before they've gotten thru the door. Not a nice way to treat people. read more

I just came away from the worst Pharmacy experience of my life. The incompetent clerk behind the counter couldn't spell and went through multiple attempts to spell our name and find my Prescription. They didn't tell me they don't accept my Insurance until after the fact. Patient privacy isn't a priority as customers behind me in line were telling me and the clerk how to proceed with my drug order. No clue about HIPPA Privacy Laws, better off staying away from a joint like this? You would be better off going without than trusting this Pharmacy with your health care needs. I come here to pick up my prescriptions, since my doctors office is just five minutes away from here. The only thing that sticks out when I arrive, is that disrespectful, snarly, and full of hatred pharmacist who is behind that counter. I can't believe she hasn't gotten spoken to. She loves to argue with customers and seems to love to pull the "call your doctor if there's a problem" card. Going to be using a different CVS if this girl doesn't get fired. read more

I have upgraded them a star because they do pretty good photos here. But of course, there are issues with that as well... I order them online and their site has been upgraded so it is just horrible not completely horrific as it had been. Not the stores fault but... What they don't tell you is that if you order the one hour prints, you pay more but the pics are done in store and tweaked if need be. I go for the 5-7 day--less money--printing. Thankfully the BF takes beautiful pics that don't need tweaking so that isn't as much of an issue as it might be if say they were MY photos. They really are sticklers to the 5-7 day thing. I was driving by and decided to check on day 4 and they were not there, OK that's fine. I finally called on day 7 because they usually come in by day 5. Judy was very helpful (OK I am biased, she fawned over the BF's pics). She took my info, checked & called back to inform me that they were probably in the mailbox & she would call me after the pharmacy had checked the mail. She did call back to tell me they were in. But they should definitely be a little more coordinated with the whole thing. Get this: even though you order online and they send you two emails confirming your order, they do NOT send you an email when your pics hit the store. Ummm Duh? read more

I love this store! Not only is the pharmacy staff quick and helpful (almost all the time) but the entire staff is usually very helpful and pleasant. The best thing about this store is their rewards program, receipt coupons, savings and extra bucks. I'm able to find very good deals most of the time! I do wish some of there prices were cheaper to begin with but usually I can make the most of my money by combining in store and manufacturer coupons to get the best deals! My only complaint is you cannot use certain coupons on sale items! However, they will give you deals if you ask! Not too long ago they had a buy one, get one deal on their Doggers brand water shoes but only had one pair in the size I needed. I asked if they'd let me get a completely different brand water shoe as the BOGO and the clerk honored that right at the register without needing to call a manager! I was also able to score $35 worth of goodies for around $14!!! That's huge! Use your coupons right and you can get tons of free stuff- especially nowadays when many stores make it extremely tough to use coupons and save a buck or two!!!! Thanks CVS! read more
