Apso puchased a bottle of wine and a 12 pack of Sumttynose bottles. Got home and grabbed box by handle and the cardboard boke in my hand and the 12 pack fell on my driveway. Beer and broken glass all over the place. Called taled to cook and he told me once it left thier store nothing they can do about it. Would not offer to give me another case. Spen over $60.00 and this how they treat customers. So I packed up 12 pack box in bag and broght back to show owner who also said not his problem. I have to eat the loss.

I'm writing a review because this place is a gem. Not because I want it to be overrun by people who…read morejust discovered it. The parking lot may seem small but it has only been so full once that I had to wait for a space to open up. This is the local place where you can get a bunch of your necessities. I don't think it is the place where I could ever get everything I need for my shopping list. But it does have some produce, meat, frozen food and ice cream. They have a small curated selection of alcohol too. Because it's so small just about everything is either a heavily used item or it is a careful curation of choices that they are offering. The store has always been clean and organized when I'm there. Which is amazing because I don't see people roaming around doing this task. I don't think I have ever heard customers verbally confront each other in the store (doesn't mean it doesn't happen, I just have not witnessed it). It just seems to be a little more laidback than the corporate grocery stores. As a local business, I try to shop there and support them. They are a vital part of our community. We have a lot of people who want to walk or bike to get their groceries and they can here. Prices are reasonable. They could be obscene because of their size and location but they are not interested in going that route. That speaks volumes to the store owners and management. I'm a member of a local civic organization and we regularly ask them for their help with prizes for our fundraising etc. They really do an amazing job and give back to the community. I cannot imagine a reason why I wouldn't want to shop there other than I can't get everything there. The benefits outweigh that though. An added bonus is that you will be paying an actual clerk that will greet you and be nice throughout the process!!

They are located in a small-ish strip mall, and parking (private lot) was right outside. They have a variety of interesting sodas, candy, in-house chocolates, and fudge. My son got some Freeze dried skittles (is this an East coast thing?) and we bought some chocolates, pre-packaged fudge, and old-timey candy. Prices were very fair and the fudge (Valley fudge and candy) that I bought was delightful (peppermint!). I am not from the area, but I would revisit the next time I'm in town.
