In addition to having saner management, their pharmacy people are way more helpful. I was trying to compare some prescription prices and thought Walgreens had the best price. Suffice it to say, their website is misleading. The pharmacy staff at the Main St. location were of no help so off I went to try & find the next best option. Just for kicks & giggles, I went to this location. Not only was the initial price quoted almost $10 cheaper that the other store, she also understood that I was trying to save money & asked me if I was a member of AAA. Since I was, she finagled me an additional discount on my prescription. So if you have to pick a Walgreens, I'd recommend this one. But if you go to the Main St. location, try to get a raincheck :)

New faces, not a single person I recognize. It's shameful, really. These new people are way off their game, medicines our of stock, saying they're there only to be told I'll have to wait 3 more days for it to come. Wonderful. I'm already 3 days behind this medicine, now it will be 6 days. I'm fed up and moving to another Walgreens where I do recognize a few people, and hope for improvement over what I've experienced lately. Tagen is very helpful and nice, I feel so bad my umbrella dripped all over the floor I definitely recommend coming here the staff are all friendly and very helpful, if you're unsure if they sell something specific you can call ahead and ask. I needed pizza sauce at like 7pm when everywhere else was closed early due to COVID-19 and I called ahead, and they went and looked for me to make sure thanks to them my spaghetti didn't go sauceless lol.

If I could wave a magic wand I'd get rid of Walgreens. If you need to speak to someone, well tough luck because they will put you on a 50 minute hold while kicking you out of their system multiple times and having to call back and now hearing you are the second caller in line. It takes them so long to get prescriptions ready too. Need your Drs office to send a medication here? Too bad. If I leave a voicemail, they claim to never get it. They apparently don't know how to do anything manually like send a fax, and the once or twice they have actually gotten my voicemail in the 2 years I've been responsible for calling them in, they call back asking questions that were very clearly left in the voicemail (we record all info that we leave in voicemails in a log). Somehow Walmart is the best pharmacy I deal with, hands down. Hopefully the next wave of pharmacy bankrupting turns towards Walgreens next.

They are always willing to assist with anything, whether it is helping me or other customers find products in the store, assisting at self checkout, helping with photo orders and printing, or fixing an issue when something does not ring up correctly. Their customer service really stands out. I also place online orders for in store pickup quite often, and they go above and beyond. Many times, as soon as I walk in, they are already grabbing my order from the shelf and getting me checked out before I even have to say anything. Hands down the best CVS location. Best staff, best service, just an overall great experience every time.
