I select what I want, apply coupons, Kohl's cash & any promos & then pay. It's simple. Usually within minutes I will receive a text informing me that my order is ready for pickup. WOW! Each time I've gone to this location I'm greeted by a cheerful associate. It wasn't busy this afternoon & the woman who assisted me today was excellent. I've seen her before & she's always great to deal with. There's nothing worse than entering a store with rude associates acting like they are doing you a favor while they assist you. You won't find that at this location! My order was scanned, ready and I was back in my car in maybe 5 minutes.... Awesome!

They seems to keep the place clean and organized. You can buy anything from workout equipment to brooms; clothes, makeup, hair products, lingerie, kids toys, kitchenware, snacks, candles, shoes, portraits, bedding, and just about anything you could possible need to cloth your self with, stay fit, or decorate your house with. I basically have to practice having tunnel vision when I go shopping here for something specific because otherwise you end up at the register with a cart full of crap you didnt even know you wanted, but cant help but buy.

First of all, I get it. They have had to raise prices. As long as they are actually priced before I get up to check out, I don't mind. But they haven't been getting in new shipments for a while *(Covid, supply chain issues I suppose), and all the food was stale and overpriced. Marked up. Finally, last week, they got a new shipment of Sam's club cheese and dairy items. As I was checking out, the items were warm, they mentioned the coolers were failing. Their internet was also down, so I couldn't use my EBT to check out, so I abandoned a cart worth $26. I came back the following week, most of the cheese was sold, but the remaining refrigerator cases were 100% not working and there was food inside that was actually molding in front of my eyes. (see pictures) That being said, in the days when this place was a HOT TAMALE you could get Smoked Salmon, Shrimp, Cod, Amy's organic dinners, and a bevy of other totally awesome frozen foods for $1. I don't mind paying $1.50 or $2 if they can fix the freezers, clean up and get back to where they used to be. The staff are also very helpful and a nice melting pot of folks. I've stood up for them when the R-word people come around to try to disrespect them for raising their prices. Dollar Zone, please take care of this store - we all miss it! Perhaps its because I'm a middle-aged guy that was desperate to find a suit my size and one I liked. Who knows. One thing was clear - the moment he saw me he looked down and showed disinterest. As you may be able to tell, I don't hesitate to make a complaint about a retail staff-person. Looked around at some clothes, still no worker said a thing or even smiled at me, even though others were being asked if they were finding everything okay. As people are walking out, they were *obviously* being told to have a nice day--of course, not to me! No "goodbye!" or "have a nice day!" Nothing. I mean, I get that I look 14 years old without makeup. But I'm 20 years old. Please don't assume that if someone looks young that they're automatically some random child walking into a store.
