Our last stop in the mall was Windsor. An employee named Kristie, who is petite like her, was so gracious and helpful with her as she tried on a few dresses. She offered many empathetic kind words to her the entire time. My daughter found a dress there she liked but wasn't sure it was "THE ONE". A few days later we returned because she decided that it was and of course the XS size was not there anymore and she was heart broken. Kristie remembered us and tried to make her feel better while Renette(I'm assuming the Store Manager) jumped on the phone to find another Windsor store that had that size. They were like the dynamic duo. Such customer service! It's been a long time since I've had two young ladies be so kind to my daughter and in such a busy store. We found another dress that was similar there and purchased that instead. They made my daughter feel very special and made a stressed out mom calmer!
