And I would not be surprised if it was delayed again. The COVID manufacturing delays are killing me so much that I ended up just buying a cheap couch from Wayfair because I was tired of having nothing to sit on in my living room. It arrived in literally 3 business days. It is taking everything in my willpower to not cancel the couch delivery altogether. I wish there was more they could do. I would recommend that anyone who wants major furniture pieces right away to not plan on B&P delivering quickly.

When we purchased our furniture, we also purchased an extended warranty/protection plan for additional peace of mind. Previously, one of our couch cushions developed a tear, and Bernie & Phyl's replaced the cushion. At no point during that process was I informed that the replacement was being provided as a "courtesy" or that accepting the replacement would affect future coverage under the warranty plan. Recently, a second cushion developed a similar issue. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the repair would not be covered because the prior replacement had been handled under the manufacturer's warranty and was considered a one-time courtesy. This was the first time anyone had communicated this information to me. Had I been told that the previous replacement would impact future coverage, I would have had the opportunity to make a more informed decision and understand the limitations of the coverage I had purchased. What made this experience even more frustrating was the interaction I had with your customer service representative. As I attempted to explain my concerns and dispute the decision, the representative ended the call. Being hung up on while trying to discuss a legitimate warranty concern is unacceptable and falls far short of the level of customer service I would expect from a company with Bernie & Phyl's reputation. As a customer, I feel misled regarding the terms of the warranty coverage and disappointed by the manner in which my concerns were handled. I purchased the protection plan in good faith, expecting transparency and support when issues arose. Instead, I have been left feeling that important information was withheld and that my concerns were dismissed. I am requesting that Bernie & Phyl's review my claim, investigate the customer service interaction, and provide a written explanation of why the current issue is not covered despite the warranty plan that was purchased. I would also appreciate consideration of a goodwill resolution given the circumstances and the lack of disclosure regarding the prior replacement. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally. If not, I will need to consider escalating my concerns through consumer advocacy channels and local media outlets that investigate customer service.

Unfortunately, that place was a mess, and their furniture was overpriced for what it was. I kept driving down Route 1 and happened upon B&P's. There, I found better options, but at insane prices. I was dejected and turned around to come back North when I spotted the Cort Furniture Outlet sign. I walked in and Jay gave me the lay of the land. He explained the business model - the furniture that gets returned from the rental business ends up there at pretty impressive prices. This furniture was all great quality... it would have to be if it's going to be moved around from rental to rental. I bought a couple of pieces for at least a quarter of what I would have paid even at the lower-quality spot for something brand new. The only potential wrinkle is that delivery is $$$, but the delivery guys were a precision team. My furniture was heavy. Really heavy, but they made quick work of bringing them up a half flight of stairs, positioning them exactly where I directed, and they took off as quickly and quietly as they arrived. I couldn't be happier with the high quality pieces that now anchor my room!

I'll start by admitting I was incredibly indecisive during the entire furniture-shopping process. It had been over 15 years since I last bought furniture, so the thought of making the right choice was both overwhelming and a little scary. I wanted quality, style, and value, and I'm happy to say I found all threat Adams Furniture! I want to highlight the patience and professionalism of the sales associates who helped me. Marco (I hope I have his name right -- green eyes!) was so helpful, relatable, and understanding during my decision-making process. But it was Taha who truly stole the show. From start to finish and even long after my furniture was delivered, his service was nothing short of exceptional. Taha didn't stop helping once the sale was complete. He continued to assist me even after my furniture was in my home, offering ideas for color palettes and helping me figure out the best way to rearrange my living room. When I was considering returning my original purchase for a new arrival, they were so accommodating and explained that while there would be a delivery fee for the exchange, the fact that the option even existed spoke volumes. Many stores don't offer that kind of flexibility. In the end, I decided to keep my original pieces. The furniture is beautiful, reliable, and more affordable than many other places I looked. And the service? Unmatched. Taha treated me like a valued returning customer from the moment I walked in with incredible hospitality and a welcoming approach. He remembered my name, offered snacks and a non-alcoholic beverage during my lengthy visits, and created a warm, welcoming environment that made the whole experience enjoyable. He never made me feel like he was judging me for my indecisiveness or inability to choose something right away. What really says it all is that I actually cancelled an order I had placed at another store because Taha's personable presence, honesty, and professionalism made me trust him and trust the quality of what I was buying. Because of that, he earned my loyalty. Now, almost a month later, I'm still happy with my purchase! Thank you Taha! I can confidently say I'll be coming back here for any future furniture needs. Trust is everything in a big purchase like this, and they've absolutely earned mine. I ended up getting the Draycoll loveseat and sofa recliner by Ashley. One thing I also appreciated was that this review came from my own volition -- they didn't harass me to write a review, which makes this an even more honest one.     This company is a fraud. They did a total bait and switch when I purchased a bedroom set. The…read moretotal for the set was $1,800 and the sales person set up payment arrangements so I could pay over 4 months interest free. The payments had to come out as an EFT from a checking account and they would not accept a debit card. Every two weeks for 4 months and the purchase would be paid in full. I made a cash payment of $300 at the time, which was never noted on the receipt. They took that money to pay for delivery and take away of the old mattress. Once the 4 months were up they continued to take payments and when I called the credit company I was told I needed to pay the full amount of $5,000 which was the amount of credit I was approved for on the date of purchase. I refused to pay any additional as I never used the remainder of the credit. They tried again after I put a stop payment on my account, then tried to put a payment through the debit card they refused to use initially. I was made aware on the purchase date that if I did not pay in full over the 4 months that the interest rate would be 50%. Absolutely outrageous!! The credit company tried to negotiate over the phone to get any amount they could to fulfill the total of $5,000. I am still fighting to get the payments back and resolve this matter. DO NOT TRUST ADAMS FURNITURE OF IT'S SALES ASSOCIATES.

I have to say that they have an excellent selection and they stand by their products. In the past, I have purchased living room sets, dining room sets, and miscellaneous items from the store. All the times that I have entered this location. All the staff seems to be very helpful and polite, not pushy. don't let you roam around. Sit on everything lay down on the couch, etc. and enjoy your visit. They also provide snacks down in the back. There's ice cream and candy does come in handy if not alone. I would like to state one story about their warrantees, which I highly suggest you purchase. One of my purchases was a white leather living room set.. It was a rather large expensive set. it included a large sectional and I added to living room cheers and three Ottomans as I had a huge living room. I had this furniture for approximately four years and to my surprise the sectional on the backside started to peel. I was very surprised about this and I contacted them about replacement as I did purchase the warranty. I spent almost $400 on the warranty which most of my friends thought I was crazy. I'm a big fan of extended plans. Anyway, while I was speaking to Bob's customer service on the phone and requesting someone coming and take a look at my furniture as I wanted to put in a warranty claim to either repair it or replace it. I was informed that they no longer had this leather living room available and that they were not doing repairs on that model any longer. I found myself in a funny position when I asked what can you do for me? They said we can give you a refund so I readily agreed. When my refund came in the mail now mind you I still had all the furniture they didn't want to come get it. They didn't even come in inspect it which I couldn't believe. I thought they were gonna be sending me a partial refund of some sort however they sent me a refund in the form of store credit for over $4000.. yes they refunded me for my entire purchase the cheers the Ottomans and the warranty. Unless I fall in love with a piece of furniture somewhere else, I will always drop at Bob's. Now back to the basic review they have a very very large parking area so you will always get a spot. It's directly on route one so it's. And they have a great selection of furniture for any room or decor. Now when you go in if you like a couch or chair, they actually have different colors. You can order them in even though you don't see it displayed so make sure you speak to the sales person. They have a finance program positive, but I see it advertised when I walk around.
