I visited the Copley location on 4/22/2026. EVERYONE, from the security, sales associates and the manager were AMAZING. The manager spoke to EVERYONE in the store to ensure they were being attended to. The other associates made sure I was being taken care of. But let's talk about MICHAEL!!! He stayed in touch with me prior to my appointment to ensure that my appointment would be flawless. At my appointment he was very personable. I quite enjoyed our time together. We set up schedules for several future appointments, that is how much I enjoyed his service. I cannot say enough great things about Michael. I will be back again, again, and again. It is very easy to order online, but shopping with Michael as my SA is the experience I expect from the LV brand. Thank you again and again Michael!!! I have shopped at this location previously, and past reviews good and not so, in my opinion, are warranted, but on my 4/22/26 visit there seemed to be a complete "overhaul". I was worried about coming here for a perfume refill because of the reviews, however, I got here and was warmly greeted and even though they were busy they made sure to acknowledge me. After waiting a little bit, I pulled my perfume bottle out and sadly they didn't have my perfume refill available to refill my bottle but they did give me a sample of another perfume to try out. The few employees I interacted with were all very polite and more welcoming than the ones from the LV stores in Paris. I'll have to go back again another day for my refill but not anytime soon since driving more than an hour hurts my hip and back. read more

My hotel was right next to the Copley Place, so I walked around the mall and saw Louis Vuitton store here. I have been very interested in the Boite Chapeau bag and I saw they had a similar round box handbag (Scott) in the display, so I walked to check it out. It's not my first time to walk into a Louis Vuitton store, as I used to visit the stores in France and in Japan. I understand that I would have to wait for an available sales associate to show me the item, so I waited patiently. A lady, who looked like a store manager or more higher up, came to tell me that everybody was busy at that time and that she would have someone help me soon. Sure, no problem. I wasn't in rush, so I waited. I am not sure if she was really assigning anyone to me, but somehow I saw a few sales associates just finished with their customers, when I thought someone would come over, nobody came. That lady walked by me a few times without any eye contact with me. It could be that I was in a very casual outfit with a cheap LeSportSac crossbody bag. I waited and waited for a long time, and I kind of got a feeling that they didn't care about me. At one point, that lady was talking to other staff and looked at me. I guess they were talking about me. I just don't know if she was trying to ask someone to help me. Because I waited for a long time, a sales associate whose name was Sung came over and told me that she would be finishing up with her client and would be able to help me soon. Later Sung showed me the bag I wanted to see, but it turned out that it wasn't something I really wanted. Sung listened carefully about what I was looking for and suggested a few items to me. She also searched their inventory to see if anything that could interest me. She was very patient and friendly. I ended up buying one bag that I didn't to plan to, but I was very happy with my purchase. I actually used the bag during the trip. If I go back to Boston, I would definitely go back to find Sung to buy another bag. I would give 5 stars to Sung, who's a great sales associate. I know people come here and drop racks, but this was my first ever Louis purchase so it was a big deal and exciting day for me. I've been looking for a specific bag for the past month, NYC didn't have in stock, so I tried at home in Boston. They had it! I came in on a mission and Peggy was the NICEST associate, LOVED her, 5 stars. However - that's where the praise ends. They stored it for me for 2 hours until I came back to pick it up. No champagne - something I saw happen in other stores, and each fam/friend I told the exciting news said "Congrats! Did you get your champagne?" to which sadly, I did not. When I came to pick it up I was assigned a different associate. She got my bag, and then started talking to the couple who were in line behind me about their repairs while holding it 3 ft from me. A full on conversation. I felt like an afterthought and she could have told them she'll be with them in 5 seconds after giving me my bag and finishing serving me. I have never been into a Louis Vuitton but my first visit was a great one. The store is super clean and smells so good. Everything is neatly in its place. We had the pleasure of being helped by Alunso, he is superb. He smelled so good, he was wearing a cologne called Meteor or something along those lines. It happens to be made by Louis Vuitton. He was just so helpful and helped my sister decide between a belt and a purse. The way he helped her decide was so logical. He was just pleasant overall. I'm not sure what happened for this location to deserve such a low rating but out of every LV store I've ever shopped out, this is by far my absolute favourite. Granted things have changed a bit due to COVID but that's to be expected. I stopped by last week to pick up a new bracelet to replace the one I (unfortunately) lost during a trip. There was a short line of two or three people without reservations and we were told to check in with our mobile numbers since they were operating at low capacity. No problem. I went to the cafe across the hall and after around 15 minutes I received the text notification to come back. The sales associate brought me in promptly and helped me choose a nice replacement. As usual, the staff at this location are always courteous, welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions. Never once have I ever felt compelled to dress up or deck myself up in designer deets just to get quality service. The sales associates have never been pushy or made me feel uncomfortable to take my time and look around. I purchased my last couple LV bags from this location a couple years back and I was so pleased to be given the same exceptional service. read more

We came because it was my nephew's birthday and he wanted to either get new shoes or a belt. He prob is one of the most stylish 14 year old you ever will meet. He knows his collection! We walked over to the men's collection and he was looking at the lv slides, of course there was no price tag on them. When the associate (male) came over to assist us, we asked him about price, and he's statement was "those are the cheapest among the shoe collection." I don't know if he caught me off guard, but after that we didn't need any assistance. One, I felt that was a judgement statement. Two, did I look a certain way that made you think I was cheap? You cannot get in touch with the store if you have a problem. There is zero customer service. I have been a customer for years and gave purchased half a dozen items. I recently purchase a pair of sunglasses and they boxed up and brought out. I specifically asked if the glass case was in there and she said yes only to drive 1.5 hours home to find out they don't come with a glass case. No one gets back to you and you cannot call the store. Good sized boutique with a decent selection. Saw several htf pieces from the LVxLOL collection, OTG, and new spring 2020. This location has men's, women's, shoes, rtw, accessories, travel, and even a couple exotic pieces. But to my dismay this location had the absolute worst customer service out of the dozens of locations I've visited around the world. I went in knowing exactly what I was going to purchase. After 30min of trying to get help I had to leave for a dinner engagement. So I returned the following day. No exaggeration, it took 45min to get someone's attention. And when I asked if he could help me, he said no. I had to join "the queue". I had been there for almost an hour and I'm just now being told there's a queue? So I added my name. Waited another 20min then decided to spend my money across the hall at GG instead. I understand having to wait when it's a little busy, but it wasn't packed by any means. This is a large spacious store in Boston attached to many other high end stored at Copley Place mall. We were cheerfully greeted at the door but I wanted to browse. It seemed like all the items I was looking for was over my budget. I walked over to a sales associate and asked her if she could show me items under 1500 for a handbag. She paused and pulled out a "neverfull", I asked if there were any more canvas styles available and she said "sold out." She never suggested any other bags or offered to order it for me either. It was awkward. I felt like I was more troublesome for her. I walked deeper into the store and saw a few bags on display on a glass case. There was a cheerful sales person there and demonstrating the bags. I saw her unveil the "neverfull" in the canvas pattern that I wanted. I ended up purchasing the bag. I saw others has champagne and she advised it was by appointment only but she brought some out to us anyway. Throughout the transaction, she asked me if I was happy and if I loved the bag because she wanted me to be happy. She didn't try to make a quick sale with me. Her name was Irina Granci. My grandmother gave me her two LV purses. The style is current and the leather is in excellent condition so I was super excited to receive them. However, one of these vintage delights had a tear on the side and the other had a broken tack (it was saved inside a pocket) that holds one of the handles in place. Wanting to take care of these heirloom items, I contacted LV to ask about repairs. George was so helpful telling me LV would take care of me either by repairing the purses or sending me to a preferred cobbler. This is key because LV purses cost $2,000 or more so your "investment pieces" should be repaired by someone you trust. After a 20 minute drive, I made it to the LV store at Copley Center. I asked for George and was given not-so-great Allen. Allen barely looked at the purses and cattily said LV does not repair anything after 10 years. I asked Allen about the preferred cobbler and he said the store doesn't recommend one. I figured Allen for an idiot so to save time I asked for George. Allen said George works in customer service and does not work in the Boston store. I called customer service and got snarky Jacqueline. Jacqueline, who I can just imagine down to her troll hair, couldn't give me LV's or LVMH's (the owners of LV) standardized policy on repairs because it is at the discretion of each individual store. Discretion means an idiot and an troll can choose or refuse to help an LV client and there is nothing the LV client can do except to never shop at LV again. Buyer beware. Since LV wasn't going to repair my LV purses or send me to a preferred cobbler and I drove 20 minutes for nothing, I asked if LV would at least validate my parking for the misunderstanding. The LV store refused unless I made a purchase. After I stopped laughing, I asked Jacqueline why would any self-respecting person make a purchase from a store that chose "at their discretion" not to help them? She (and later George) gave me a lot of apologies which really ticked me off because, let's face it, apologies without solving the problem is really just a nice way of saying f$#k you. On the way home, I stopped at a cobbler and he quoted me $25 total to repair the tack and tear on the two LV purses. Yes, I had to get "any old cobbler" (as Allen put it) to fix what was sold as the epitome of craftsmanship and high standards. On a side note, I've never had any problem with Chanel, Prada, Gucci or Coach so I don't know why LV would act so, well, ghetto. Until LV can repair their products and give better customer service, your money is better spent on other designers. Besides, the best copies of designer purses I have ever seen are LVs. Better to spend $30 to $100 on a fake whose quality and customer service you don't have to worry about then $2,000 for the real thing that makes you feel like a real sucker afterwards. read more

Let's just say it started off as a 2-star review, and is ending at a 4. Pretty good jump eh? Here's the story: You have these amazing glasses that are unique, stylish, and costs a pretty penny (plus your soul). So you treasure it. A year or two pass by, and lo and behold, a screw falls out and lands in the grass. This pops out one of the lenses, and THE WORLD STOPS. You cry like you've never cried before (internally, because on the outside, you gotta look cool and chill), and frantically get on your knees to look for that tiny ass screw (but in real life, you stoop to one knee slowly, and casually look for the screw, cause you know, you gotta look cool and chill). Eons later, you give up - the screw is as lost as a balloon when you let it go into the open sky. Watching it float away. As it gets smaller. And smaller. So, you drudge your way to the store, wincing as you ask "How much to get a screw and repair my sunglasses?" You hope for a low two digit number - it's a damn screw after all. The associate smiles, and says they'll take it in and repair it at no cost. REJOICE. Your pitiful life is saved. So, you leave your contact, and skip out of those glass doors. TWO MONTHS LATER. No reply. You contemplate calling, but you hesitate to be the one that calls first after the date. (In reality, it was winter so you kinda forgot about it). But how long is too long? Two months is too freaking long, you settle. And the day when you tell yourself you'll call and give them the most angry customer call you can muster despite being a humble, earth-loving hippie, you get a call back from the store. "Hello, we just wanted to let you know that we cannot find a replacement screw to repair your sunglasses." WERSDGJSDFMGDFGSDF WHY DID YOU KEEP IT FOR TWO MONTHS? (You remain silent as the anger rises) "However, to apologize for the long wait and our inability to make these repairs, we'd like to offer you a new replacement." Halt. Gather anger into box. Put into rocket. Shoot into far away galaxy. The anger dissipates into nothing. Um... Say wha? New sunglasses? New 2015 model? Because a screw fell out of my outdated one? YES PLEASE. So, expect a roller coaster of a ride, as again, service can be spotty and at times frustrating, but at the end of the day, they're LV. You're not paying a premium just for the goods, but also the exceptional service... if they choose to do so. So, lesson learn - be patient, be pleasant (even if you feel Hulky inside), and be reasonable with your expectations. If you do that, you'll get more than you bargained for. read more

I came in the store with a 2500 dollar Maxmara coat but I did not take any designer bag cuz the store is 2 min walk from where I live. The sales treat me like a dirt. She just brought the speedy to me and then leave it all to myself, not even saying a word but started to look at her cellphone. I have to adjust the strap myself and I can feel she is ignoring me and not wishing to help. After 5min she started to pushing me to the cashier. How efficient! I live in Atlanta where the LV store is never stocked. I was excited to see my Boston hotel was next to an LV store, but I was a little concerned after reading the reviews. I had an AMAZING experience. My client advisor, Sung (#9051), was kind, polite, and patient. She retrieved the three bags I wanted to see in all colors/patterns. Our interaction was overall very, very positive. She allowed me to "store" my bag overnight so I wouldn't have to leave it in my hotel room. I grabbed it the next day on my way to the airport. My sister and I visited this store yesterday as she bought a bag through customer service and had it delivered to her local shop. No tracking number was given, but we were told it would arrive Friday afternoon. When we arrived, the saleswoman did not spend more than 5 minutes looking in the back of the store for her bag and said it didn't arrive and she'd call us when it was delivered. She was short with us and not friendly. We got home and called the customer service # and they told us the bag had in fact been delivered before we even came to the store! We called them, and they said it was unopened yet but they'd call us once they opened deliveries. They never called. We went back again today and the saleswoman went in the back and found the bag - finally. During checking out, another saleswoman was lecturing my sister after spending $1,500 on a bag on how it's against corporate policy to deliver bags to stores - as if she would know that - she was following customer services lead. She completely ruined the experience of buying from Louis Vuitton and was unbelievably rude. I definitely made an impulse buy yesterday and found myself in this LV store. I knew I wanted an everyday bag that I could dress up but also dress down with jeans and sandals too. Keep in mind, I'm not new to LV so I already knew the styles I was interested in. Theiran was the SA that helped me and she was awesome. She is around the same age as me (I think) so I felt like it was easier for me to talk to her. She brought out several different styles before I chose the Neverfull GM. Theiran was really patient and sweet with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. After choosing my new baby I also took a look at some slgs. It was a great experience overall! I also have to add that I was just coming from work so I had a normal non-label peacoat on, a cashmere sweater, jeans, my Kate Spade purse and cute slip on sneakers. My clothing did not indicate that I had $$$$ but when I walked into the store I was greeted and immediately helped. I really take that into account when shopping at luxury stores because sometimes I do look like shit but am ready to spend a lot of money and will not be given the time of day! I shouldn't have to wear all my designer labels to get some attention. So, this LV store got some points for that. As of 2019 my experience here has changed dramatically. I walked in with the intensions of buying a new wallet and a male associate was helping me and was not patient with me. Another associate had to ring me out and her name is Sigourney. She rung me out and she was absolutely incredible. We keep in touch and she found a toiletry 26 pouch that I have been dying for! Many LV associates that I have come into contact with are not kind or respectful. Yes! I am on the same board as the other reviewers. This store has the worst customer service ever!! Last weekend me and my boyfriend walked in and he wanted to buy a new wallet so we checked out LV. We went inside and look around and saw a case of wallets on display of about 3-5 different kind of wallets. To the right of me a worker was helping some other couple out and she saw us looking in the display case and asked if we needed help. That's when we were like yea, can we see this wallet. She then comes and open it and let's us see the wallet, she also then commented that she also helping another customer. At that point we were like oh okay, no problem. A pair of shoes worn twice had its lining lifting in off after wearing two times. The sales associates seemed baffled by this, and didn't know what to do. I honestly don't trust them with making repairs. I'll probably take my shoes to a reputable cobbler and save myself some money. $900 is enough wasted on shoes that literally fall apart. Service in the store is decent, not great. But the problem arises if you need to call someone- you get routed to a national call center who knows nothing about the particulars of the Boston location.
