I purchased very many handbags, clothing, and etc from this store. Just this Christmas I purchased 3 handbags for my daughters. Well I went into the store January 26th to return one of the handbags; just turned out to be wrong style, and Sharon; manager, told me I was 3 days past the time. I asked for a manager and she chuckled and said "That would be me". I said well I do not need this bag and would like to return it is 3 days. She said I could exchange it for something else. I had two young children with me I was like really I don't need anything right now. She then stated she was doing me a "favor" by letting me exchange it. I grabbed a pair of pants for the exchange, which I didn't want, and I left. I reached out to corporate who said I would hear back within 7 days. It's been almost a month Horrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from Michael Kors again. Especially with Coach, Kate Spade, etc all around corners. read more

I've pretty much had it with the shift in service this place gives, it varies from person to person how attentive certain associates are. Never judge a book by its cover, just because they don't look like they have money doesn't mean they don't. Walked in with my mom and was so happy because saw so many cute things I wanted, at amazing prices. Was humbly greeted by two employees. BUT that all changed when I ran into Steph. So I found bathing suits, they didn't have the lining inside as companies ALWAYS do for bathing suits, that's one. So an employee G did tell me that they were indeed bathing suits I didn't see the plastic lining so I double checked, okay cool. I heard someone ask if they could try on the bathing suit they were lead in the fitting room to try it on. Cool, so I asked next but when I asked STEPH told me it's policy bathing suits can't be tried on for sanitary reasons and it's final sale, so once you buy it you can't return it. WAIT, so someone 2 shades lighter than me tried on these bathing suits with NO issue but me trying to try on the exact same bathing suit gets this b/s story. First off Steph had an attitude to begin with, she appeared mean even to her employees, and while she's talking to me like I'm beneath her, her employees who were also of color looked at her like she was crazy. Her attitude is disgusting and evident she is shall I say selective with who she wants to be attentive too. Also- while little miss ignorant Steph is so worried about sanitation, there's a lady doing TikTok Live or something in the back of the store trying on EVERYTHING ON HER LIVE! So we can't even walk by without being caught in her camera. Other families were trying to cover their kids faces. So I can't try this on? But this lady right here is trying a whole BAG full of stuff right on the sales floor while recording. Needless to say, I don't stand for the ignorance and people who feel they are above others. They easily lost out on 500 from me and my mom that day because I already had 2 bathing suits and 2 hats in my hand to buy. And my mom had a bathing suit a hat and a purse. But it appears Steph didn't care because she was talking about me to her employee while walking away. SO PROFESSIONAL AND RACIST. Gotta love that girl! News flash you aren't better than anyone you are just like everyone else. And MK will never get money out of me again, I don't deal with the true ignorance and I feel bad for your employees who were in the back with me apologizing for your truly humiliating and disgusting behavior. You need a serious reality check Steph, as someone who appears to be in management, you are a walking example of someone who shouldn't have any say in anything for a company. So we went over to Gucci and spent about 1,000.00 instead. Because their associate treating us with dignity, respect, and equal. If I could give this negative stars I would. I have never been more upset with a company's service. My mother came to this store for the Memorial Day sale and was denied a sale. She was with a group of her friends and they all bought 3 bags which was the limit for this sale. But the sale clerk at the register denied her sale because she thought my mom was buying for a friend who has already bought 3 bags. I was so furious when I heard this story. The sale was 3 per person and even if my mom was buying them for someone else she has the right to because she had not purchased any yet. What makes me more upset is my mom barely ever buys things for herself, so for her to get denied made my heart break. My mom was the only one denied from her friends. The rest were able to buy bags and she was not the last person to check out. I do not understand why she was denied considering she didn't get to buy any bags yet. My mom was so hurt she had trouble sleeping that night. She really liked the bags and was contemplating going back today but because of her experience she doesn't even want to go back. My mom didn't do anything wrong and the service she was given made her feel that way. I am so enraged it makes me not want to shop here again. One of my brothers or I will be calling to speak to a manager. read more

First time visit to this location at The Wrentham Village outlet. I thought the staff was fun and helpful, GF thought they were a little over the top. Same great merchandise we're used to at the other locations. We walked out with a clutch, sunglasses, a dress and a pair of boots. We'll be back. Awful service. Would not ever come back again. Lady at the checkout refused to give bags out for the number of purses purchased, even told me that I don't have to buy the purses. So much for cost cutting. Employees there should be trained properly no manners how to talk to customers. read more

Nice store, good selection, but keep in mind that if you change your mind after purchase they will not refund your money, only store credit. This is very unusual and uncompetitive return policy for a high end store. read more

I give this place one star because of the horrible customer service! I stand in line outside for about 20 minutes which didn't bother me so much, after we walked in and as I look up to say hello to a girl whom I thought was greeting me, she was greeting the people behind me rushing in. Didn't acknowledge me at all, after I looked around spotted what I wanted immediately. But then I decide to look around a little more so I'm looking and I see an associate giving me dirty looks and following me so close I didn't even have the chance to look at much. So I go back to what I originally wanted picked it up and now she's literally walking on the back of my shoes I turn and say excuse me but you could ask if I needed help (not basically stalk me the whole time) she continues to give me a dirty look, and say nothing. How could I possibly steal a huge purse which has tags and I'm sure they have a million cameras?! Anyways I get in line, go to purchase and the cashier was also rude, not a hi how are you. Nothing. Not even have a good day or thank you! In my opinion id RATHER pay FULL PRICE and have great customer service somewhere other then this outlet shop. Will NEVER return.
