Had a terrible experience with the retail associate manager Elizabeth Mc Graith. She was rude , when I asked her not to scream , not to be very loud , because with my hearing problem I didn't hear anything from the associate I was talking to , she started to laugh hysterically, talking louder purposely, saying - if you don't like the store , don't come . WHY I WENT TO VERIZON! I'm IN STORE NOW! I've been sitting here over a half hour, and still sitting as I'm typing in store. The employees care more about the commission and upsale of products and services, such as the live tv promotion you're employee has been trying to sell for over 15 minutes, when there is a line. The woman who took me in on the tablet was nonchalant and could care less. Then immediately went to the back instead of helping a customer. She left at 5pm, as another customer came in to store capacity during pandemic because she told the other two employees, the next people will have to wait in the car, because they're at max capacity in store. As I'm typing this review the live tv upsell employee, just left with the customer he was up selling. They're going to piezonis because he's hungry and wants a break. So now you have one employee, because two left, store is at capacity, with angry customers who've been waiting with horrible customer service. There's over 5 people waiting to talk to the one employee left. WHY I WENT TO VERIZON! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Honestly, I'm reporting to the BBB. Better business bureau. Update. My turn just came at 5:40pm, the piezonies employee is back with his food and the next shift employee from the girl who left is here. I went to get up for my turn. Again been waiting. Best phone shopping experience turned into best phone buying experience ever. Two weeks prior to setting foot in this T-mobile store I had to go with my SHG (smokin' hot girlfriend) to Sprint as her phone had suffered some water damage. What a painful experience that was, filled with smoke, mirrors and a last minute bait & switch. I was a little on the defensive before I walked into the store but within about 5 minutes I had 2 salespeople guiding me and my daughters through the process of making the switch from VZW to T-Mobile and while the switch took a while due to all the tech stuff the help I received made it not only painless but I am now a T-Mobile raving fan. My boys played on the in-store iPads that were on display during the 90 minute process so they were completely entertained. If I could recommend one thing it would be that there should be bar stool type seats at the service counter as standing there during the entire process was something I can imagine some people having issue with ** HUGE BONUS** When I told them once that I had no interest in buying their cases or screen protectors as I was just going to pick the iphone 5s version of the case I had previously bought on Amazon the store clerk did not continue to try to push me buy theirs. I hate pushy salespeople and the store was devoid of any , thank goodness. read more

My experience here was honestly horrible. This is my first time on this app and my experience here caused me to want to write a review. I had spoken to customer service and they had allowed me to upgrade my phone due to technical problems. They told me all I had to do was go into the store. I went in and the manager Erica and some bald guy said they could not override the system. I understand that but they didn't even try to help me or call customer service pretty much saying it's my problem. I spoke the customer service and the woman in the phone said they were pretty much idiots who did not know how to do their job. I went there twice for the same problem and still nothing. I completely understand them not being able to override something but seriously? They didn't even try to help me or understand what customer service did. I left there and went to the t-mobile in prov place and they helped me immediately. They saw the problem spoke to customer service to resolve the issue and give me my upgrade. They showed effort and the fact they cared. Which I appreciated completely. GO TO PROVIDENCE PLACE ! Ask for Josh he really made a huge effort in helping me any way possible and showed how much he cared about his customers! read more

I came to the store to re-activate my phone number. One of the employees saw me waiting in line and he helped me as soon as possible. He re-activated my phone and gave me a new SIM card for free of charge. Great customer service and professional employees. read more
