I am so grateful for this place - I am totally incompetent of putting on a screen protector! There is sometimes a short line, but nothing horrific. Replacements for $10 when you register online. (If you ship through Zagg directly, it's something like $2.50 and you have to do it yourself or bring to them... Not worth it!) I feel lucky to have this available! read more

We went to kiosk earlier and had a GREAT experience! Needed to have my Apple 3 watch screensaver replaced and I have to give a shout out to Ms. Flores who is not just a pretty face with amazing brows. She did the install on my watch in no time at all minus the dreaded air bubbles. ( Shame on Best Buy Warwick location ) I inquired about having my cracked screensaver on my iPhone and she did that as well. read more

If I can give this place 0 starts I would. Bad customer service and it's a scam. The protectors I've gotten are cheap and could be found elsewhere a lot cheaper. Save your money and time it's not worth the bad service and cheaply made protectors. read more

After purchasing my new phone I was recommended this kiosk. The prices are absurd! Please ,if you plan on buying from zagg don't. Save your money. The quality of these protectors are much worse than the dollar store ones. They break instantly. Comes with a life time warranty BUT you still are required to pay a fee. Do not buy from here. Money down the drain. Same protector is much cheaper at Best Buy. Thank me later. read more

I finally got my new iPhone 6 this week, but know I'm super hard on my phones and want to keep it as protected as possible, so before I even pulled it out of the box I headed to Zagg for a screen protector. Shawna recommended her favorite protector to me (because I heard good things about the glass ones but never have used them before, so I wasn't sure f it was my best option or not) and installed it PERFECTLY onto my phone in mere minutes. I honestly can barely even tell there is a cover on my phone. Super helpful and kind, I highly recommend going here and getting their help over just buying online and doing it yourself! read more

June 19, 2021, I was pleased with the speed at which the man behind the counter replaced the battery on my iphone 7. I was in Providence spending the night on a trip home from Maine, and had some time to burn before driving the rest of the way home. I should have known better. My old battery had been ripped in half when I went to pick up my phone. The man was tossing Lithium Ion batteries in the garbage can instead of properly recycling them. I asked him for my broken apple original battery to dispose of it properly. At $40, what did I expect? I didn't expect the battery/process to break my phone though. At the end of July, the battery was crashing the phone and showing issues. Then the microphone on my phone is broken, so it now only works with bluetooth. Today I noticed that the screen was all arched, and concerned about the screen breaking, I opened it up to find an XCAP ($8) battery, and at least two screws missing on the battery connector cover plate. I learned my lesson. Some people work in Mall Kiosks for a reason. :-( read more

Sub par service, in fact no service at all... When first approaching the booth o found doe nobody to be there. Minutes later an employee finally showed up though she was completely preoccupied on the phone and could barely answer my question before returning to her own personal phone call. Over all was looking forward to purchasing a new glass screen protector for my iPhone 6... But was turned off to the idea because of the terrible service. The staff is quick here, despite there often being many patrons milling around the kiosk. I learned that despite the life-time warranty on ZAGG products, there is an installation fee. The first time I brought it in, they were sold out of the glass. I called in the next time I planned to head to Providence Place and it was a very smooth transaction. I was in and out shortly. However, less than a week later, the glass shattered, (again). Although my phone was protected, the 14 day warranty (on the installation only, I learned) not only did not cover the new installation fee, the person I dealt with this time refused to follow the process that the previous installer had the week previously. I mentioned to her that it had been placed inside (a heater?) the device that looks like a printer the previous time I was there. She asked me who installed it and said it did not need to be put inside, because there was no water/moisture in the device (I guess this removes any condensation inside). I reluctantly walked away thinking "there was no water last time either" but as she refused to take the extra minute to satisfy my concern, I let it go. Once I got home, I noticed not one, but two small areas of condensation in between the phone and the glass. As it is the Christmas season, I would prefer not to step back into the Providence Place mall, but I fear I should while my new warranty is still valid. read more

Should have just listened to these reviews and ordered it off line. I walked over to zagg from my place of employment on my break to buy a screen protector for my iPhone. The lady there was helping another customer while the snobby little boy was on the phone with a customer. After he shoved the phone in the woman's ear he helped the person in front of me and then proceeded to "help" (I use this word very lightly) me. He asked what I wanted and I said I wanted the glass screen protector for my phone. He tried up selling me on their luxe colored screens and I declined as I have a full bodied case. He then ignored me and helped the person BEHIND me! I'm standing there waiting a little irritated at this point as I'm wasting my break dealing with this very rude employee. The woman finally gets off the phone and proceeds to place the screen on my phone and then hands my phone back to me as if I'm all set. Being the honest person I am I told her I needed to be rang up as I was never charged (nor told a price). I researched online beforehand and it was $35 online. She tried charging me 7$ and I said I don't think that's right. She told me it would be $50 and she started getting into a little argument with snobby asking if he gave me a price. He told her he did and I told him no you did not tell me anything, you ignored me, and he proceeded to roll his eyes at me. I told her that isn't right either because your price online is $35. She told me, and I quote, "well if you want to just buy it online go right ahead, I really don't care I'll just rip that one right off." What the f*** kind of service is that! If you are absolutely in a rush thats the place to buy it but if you can refrain from visiting this location. Very f***ing rude!!!!!! read more

This is ALWAYS my 1st stop after I get my new phone or any other tech gadget.....I am a bit of a phone geek.....I know that they will always be able to hook me up with all of my phone/tablet/laptop protection. The staff always knows what's going to be the best product to do the job. I have been a loyal Zagg customer for years! I went to this kiosk in Providence Place Mall to exchange a keyboard/case for my iPad. A young woman with black curly hair (who has been referenced in a previous review) was on the phone which by the conversation I concluded was a personal call. Please note that it was not busy. She totally ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes. She finally hung up. As she acknowledged me, the phone rang again. I waited another 10 minutes. She then waited on me with such an attitude that I was intruding on her time. She did a cursory look at the keyboards available and said she didn't have it. Didn't offer any type of guidance or solution to me. Unbelievable! read more

The first thing I do when I get a new electronic device is to head over to the ZAGG store for a protective cover. I don't even go home first. This is the only cover I will use. It sticks really well and even if there is an issue or I get a replacement device, they will replace the ZAGG Shield at no cost. The product is excellent however the staff is rude and lazy. When installing my screen protector they got lint stuck underneath, when I brought it to their attention they were rude and argumentative. They denied that there was lint and tried to blame it on the glue, became very defensive and started to attack my credibility as a customer. If you need a tempered glass screen protector installed go to Verizon, they would never speak to you or treat you in that manner. The Scottish gentleman used to be excellent but it appears that he has gotten a little lazy in recent times. This was my 16th tempered glass screen protector in the past 2 years, I have them on my tablets and phones. In addition the were only two people in front of me yet it took nearly 25 minutes to get helped. read more
