I came in to see if I can have a shattered iphone screen replaced. My phone was slightly bent, but they assured me they would take a look at it anyway and give me an update in an hour before moving forward. When I came back to get the diagnoses, BuyCellFix reported that the phone was not responding to the electric charge and due to the extreme nature of the break they weren't able to recover it. I was not charged any fee and really appreciate that they waited to tell me until they knew for sure they could not fix it. Had they been able to fix it, they would have told me the cost up front before going ahead with it which is also very appreciated! Sometimes even if a phone is slightly bent, they can still repair the screen so better to have it looked at. I wasn't so lucky with my phone, but I would definitely return to BuyCellFix the next time I have any cracked screen issues. They are an honest business with integrity. read more

Today I stopped in this store in need of an iPhone screen replacement. The gentlemen at the front desk was very pleasant and immediately assisted me. While he was repairing my phone , I ran to the store quickly to run an errand , I came back not even 15 minutes later and my phone screen was beautifully replaced ! Not only was I happy with the screen replacement but he also installed the temper glass (which I also purchased there ) for me at an an exceptional price ! With 100 dollars I was able to get my screen replaced and a screen protector . I definitely recommend coming here if you need any of your electronic devices fixed . I cracked the glass on my Samsung Galaxy S III and this was the fifth place I called and the only one that could take care of my phone the same day and without replacing the entire screen which would have cost almost as much as I paid for the phone in the first place. The customer service was absolutely amazing! When I called, the owner informed me of the price, the approximate time the fix would take, and location of the store. He was extremely polite and when I mentioned that another store wouldn't accommodate my repair he offered me $5 off on my repair and tempered class purchase just for customer courtesy. This place is very efficient!! I went in at about 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday and got my 7 plus fixed. The cashier told me that there was someone ahead of me, but I would be able to get my phone done within the hour. I went to the Warwick mall to get some food and return an item and he called me at right around the hour to tell me tag my phone is fixed. I went there and ordered a screen protector to go with my new refurbished phone! Overall this place is great, reliable and very reasonable in price! Son cracked the screen of his iphone 4. The Warwick store fixed it for about $85. Did a great job. Lasted about a year until the iphone was sprayed with water (9/2015). Brought it to the Cranston store and met the owner. Phone could not be repaired. Would have been able to purchase an i5 on my plan for about $200 but read many reviews saying the i5 was junk. Bought a rebuilt i4 here for $56. Was extremely helpful and even helped upload it onto my plan. And gave advice on how to lower my monthly phone bill. Great job. Would recommend them. read more

I've heard great things about this shop, and today I finally stopped in. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the prices were terrific. I had a glass protective screen replaced on my iPhone 6, and I was looking for a new case. They had quite a few cases to fit my phone.
