Brought my ps5 here to be cleaned and they finished it in a hour fast and decent price compared to other spots.

I recently had my PS5 here. The staff was fanatastic. The repair tech that fixed my PS5 was very knowledgable. I brought in the unit at 4pm on a Saturday and it was repaired in an hour. Their prices were lower than other places. They were efficient, knowlegable, affordable and pleasant to work with and I would recommend them 100%. The service I had them do was fix the HDMI port and clean the inside of the unit (which I didn't realize collected so much debris over the years) The unti is now working fabulously. read more

My laptop took a tumble during New Years and the wizards at PC Tech were able to diagnose the problem, order a refurbished screen, and fix the problem! In addition sometime last year, the charging port on my iphone got damaged and they were able to install a new one, change the screen (also damaged), AND replace the battery as well. Sold me a faulty screen. Just swiping caused scratches on the screen. Went back becauase the screen just popped out the guy gave me some story about the body is bent. I decided it wasn't worth going back to argue with them. Since I knew they would not honor it. So I took it to another place and they assured me that the screen was faulty. I purchased another screen, had it replaced at the 2nd store and my phone is working GREAT! They even gave me a free screen protector. Something the guys on BROAD ST would not even suggest. I DO NOT recommend going to the store. Hands-down the worst service I have ever received. brought my teenagers phone there to be repaired for a cracked screen. I paid $100 and he stated that if anything happens to the phone that doesn't include another cracked screen he will replace. The screen was not cracked. As I'm leaving the store he asked if we could give five stars For a brand new screen protector. He refused to assist me in anyway unless I was willing to pay another hundred. He simply shrugged. I do Not recommend anyone go here. My teenager was sharing the experience With schoolmates and a few of her mates have also been stiffed for money at same location. I really enjoyed the fast and professional service I received a PC Tech. For only $90, I got my MacBook Air battery replaced! This is a deal you can't find anywhere else. Otto did a truly remarkable job. This place is definitely in the hood... lol so if you're afraid of people walking around and a lot of commotion than I wouldn't suggest going here, but if you're a person that is daring and minds their business then this is a great place to fix a broken screen of an iPhone. I've been here 2 times both to fix my screen and they were very attentive and fast literally only 10 mins to fix the screen and no issues later on and it was only $55. I highly recommend coming here for all your Laptop repairs. I was having a big problem with my laptop which was beyond my skill set called BSOD (blue screen of death). I soon as I went in I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was very professional and made me feel assured my issue would be resolved. This happened around 3:30pm and by 6pm they called me to tell me my issue had been resolved. It was an easy fix for them and the price was great, they were very honest and fair. Completely disappointed with the services at this location. I dropped off my sons Samsung Galaxy Tab A with a black screen on Tuesday 8/14 to a technician named Otto. I was told to leave it at least 24 hours for diagnosing. I didn't hear anything back on Wednesday. On Thursday I looked at the paperwork I signed which said it may take up 48 hours for diagnosing. I was in the area and since it had been 48 hours at this point,I went in to the store for an update. I spoke to a gentleman, Brian, who checked with the staff as to whether there was an update. Nothing. I was told the delay was that they did not have the tool necessary to open the tablet, but that the tablet was in the work order for that day (Thursday) and that I would hear back from them before they closed as they now had the tool. As you can imagine, I didn't hear from them at all by the end of the day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and even gave them until 3 on Friday. Getting in contact with them was impossible. I left a message requesting a call back and I did not hear from them Friday. Today, it is now Saturday 8/18 and I attempted to call them in the morning when they opened. Their phone kept sending me to a voicemail. Finally, at 12:45pm, I was able to speak to someone. The same technician who I left the device with on Tuesday answered. He had to put me on hold to go see what was going on. After having me on hold, he proceeded to tell me they still did not have a diagnosis and that my tablet was opened up. At this point, all I want to do is go pick up my tablet and take my business elsewhere. He told me to give him until 3pm as "the technician wasn't there" (although I had dropped off the tablet to him Tuesday) and that he (Otto) would personally call me by 3 with hopefully a diagnosis. This evidently meant this tablet would not get fixed today. I told him how displeased I was with having to wait and zero communication. I only got info because I was on top of them and honestly, I don't feel confident in any services rendered after this. If you cannot get a diagnosis within the promised time, call your client/customer and update them why. Also, do not tell someone you'd call them by the end of the day, never call, and then have 2 days go by without any update after that. I should not have to keep calling to try to get an update. Their lack of communication speaks to how little they value their customers and providing excellent services they seem to take pride in. My tablet is "opened up" and I can't take it so I'll wait until 3pm. I have things to do and my life cannot revolve around waiting for them and getting my tablet before the end of the day as they are closed on Sunday. This location needs to learn to communicate and be honest. I would have respected them more if they had at least done that. I will update as soon as I hear from them but so far disappointed and unsatisfied is an understatement. read more

I brought my MacBook Pro there after accidentally spilling a glass full of wine on it. My computer had stopped working. They were able to fix my Mac in a short period of time at a very reasonable price. Otto and his other co-worker provided excellent customer service. I legitimately just got home from their store and I am in so much shock thanks to Otto. This is my very first yelp review and I am rushing to do it because of how happy I am!! I went to Best Buy last month because a refurbished $800 laptop I bought from them wouldn't turn on. I was just outside of my 1 year warranty window and probably used the laptop 20 times max in that year span. When I called Best Buy first, all they told me to do was plug in the laptop without the battery. When that didn't work, the rep made me an appointment to go into Best Buy. When I went there... I waited in line (for my appointment) for 15 minutes. They were so behind. When the rep finally saw me, I told him it could not turn on. So he said there's nothing he can do but have me pay $85 to ship my laptop somewhere for a diagnostics. He then said if it's the motherboard or something it will cost $400-600 to fix it. And he also tried to sell me a flashdrive and backup all my files for about $100. So I left. In distraught, I called my friend in the parking lot. He has had multiple great experiences with Otto and referred me there. Well, we just went there a few minutes ago. When I told Otto the same thing I told Best Buy he plugged in my charger and saw it didn't work. Then he went and got a similar charger in stock and plugged it in... to my GREAT surprise, I saw the screen light up with some words about the low batt. My jaw hit the floor! What Best Buy, a well known company failed to do, he did at ease... like it's second nature. Best Buy had me thinking I had a motherboard issue when it was just the cheap charger they sold me with the laptop. I did not notice until Otto pointed it out but Best Buy sold me a replacement charger of cheap value.  Otto has made me such a happy person! For weeks I thought I had to spend hundreds of dollars and he changed that in only 2 minutes. On top of that, he gave me some great tips to help take better care of my laptop and charger. Although both of my items are/were in a "new" state, he just told me the information to help preserve its integrity. I greatly appreciated this. He didn't have to give me, or others, those tips. He could keep that information to himself and let customers abuse and mistreat their technology, allowing the facility to have more business... but NO! He shared it. This shows his heart and loyalty to customers far beyond typical customer service skills. I am forever grateful and I appreciate his excellent service!!!! read more

We arrived right after they closed but the gentleman locking up the store for the night helped us out anyways. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes! Forget going anywhere but here to get your phone, tablet, computer fixed! Brian, I assume one of the owners, was incredibly pleasant, welcoming and kind and couldn't have provided better service! He was terrific and took care of my needs completely, fixing my broken phone screen in 15 minutes at a much more reasonable price than going to apple store or anywhere else.
