They assured me, they would call me if it was going to take longer. I called them on Monday to confirm what time I could pick it up on Wednesday and left a voice mail. I called them again on Tuesday and left a voicemail, and so I showed up on Wednesday a half-hour before closing. Of course, my laptop wasn't repaired, and wasn't even at the store, and they couldn't be bothered to call me like they said they would. Now after twelve days I am getting my computer in the same condition I gave it to them in and have to take it to a new computer repair shop. So if you like not knowing when your computer is going to be repaired and a business that can't be bothered to return phone calls at all, this is the computer shop of your dreams. Also, I normally don't review businesses, but I felt socially obligated to let people know how horrible of a job they did. Now I have to wait probably another week+ to have a working laptop.
