I decided it would be worth the 25 mile drive to have Russ look at it. He called a few hours later, shortly before closing on a Friday just to say, "I wanted you to be able to enjoy your weekend knowing that it looks like I can successfully recover everything." A few days later, he had copied all my data onto a new hard drive that is working perfectly. If I run into any computer problems in the future, Russ will be the first person I call!

Once given options, I went for the repair (it was a Win 7 pro with some hard to replace software). I was told me maybe a week and it turned out to be only 4 days and again fixed for what I think was a fair price Honestly, hopefully I never have to deal with them again because loosing a phone or a computer for just a day is always a pain in the butt , but if something in the future does go south I know where my first call will be placed.

I asked if he had screens for it, he said yes and it would be $360 and 30 mins. So I shopped around for 30 minutes and when I came back he said they didn't have a screen for it after all. But while opening my phone he damaged my current screen rendering the touch functionality useless, and said he wouldn't cover damage to the screen. Damage he did! I would not take anything here.
