I said no thank you as I have purchased from this location before. I went straight to the dept and I noticed a gentleman helping a customer, he stood next to me and did not ask if I needed assistance. Two other gentlemen walked by as I just stood there and not one asked if I needed assistance as the third person was walking by I finally said excuse me can I get some help, he said I'm sorry I work in the back but I will get someone, he went up to the front and sent an associate to me. This young man was helpful unfortunately they did not have in stock the iPad I was looking for but he did give me other options to purchase. This was not a good experience this time around

Instead they opted to sell things you would go to Home Depot for like grills. Yeah, makes perfect sense... This place is hit or miss with associates willing to help. As a my BestBuy Member, the in store pickup experience has been pretty good. The rewards and sales keep me coming back here so often lol. Why did Yelp allow this new business page? Hard drive on laptop crashed…read more Per suggestion of Apple's Genius Bar, brought to this poor excuse for a business (Apple-authorized third party repair vendor). Three weeks and several calls later, finally "ready", but data not recoverable. Upon inspection, appeared someone had wedged screwdriver behind display. Refused to release until paid in full (over $300). Tricom threatened to call police over gross malpractice accusations. Following departure, immediately went to police and reported proceedings. Try as they might, with cheap Ikea furniture and Apple logos pasted all over, they will never be more than a room full of H-U-S-T-L-E-R-hustler(s).
