Despite the relative ease of the fix, Zack was very cordial when I called, and at the store he was naming parts in my custom rig before I even pointed them out. He even offered to hit my PC with the air compressor at no charge (well, at the expense of the clean countertops,; I'm embarrassed to admit I had not dusted my PC in years). I was also charged an " Express service" type of fee for a repair that was not only "mis-re-paired" but also wasn't done properly within the obligated amount of time for "said spectacular" service to payment. I have been unable to contact anyone at their 3 phone #s I have for them, email, website, social media, text message. It feels an awful lot like they took my money to do a quick job and then even though said to reach out if there were issues, was never to be seen again.
