I have never given any business a bad review but today I am giving phone hub on mineral spring ave…read morea bad one ... I brought my phone to get the screen fixed and once they so called fixed it, within less than a month I have been having issues with the typing can't press certain letters on the screen and they guarantee that if the screen doesn't work after they fix it you could bring it back so I did and they look for every excuse not to fix it. They said if the screen is not cracked, broken or any water damage they will guarantee it, that was certainly not the case. My screen was not cracked broken, and no water damage to it and they still refused they just want me to pay again... mind you it's not the first time this has happened twice already with different phones but I never decided to write a review but never again will they get my support as a customer. Be careful!

However, if and when I do so, I shall give an update about my phone if that's does end up being the solution. This place is fantastic and Aaron will take care of you. Saqul/ Saqo whatever his name is- charged me $150 for a new screen that showed spots all over it within 48 hours. I called to see if he could replace it for me as that one was faulty and he said yes. When I arrived, he asked how I was going to pay for the second screen but I had just paid $150 only a couple days before. He insisted I dropped it when I definitely did not. I immediately put a screen protector and case on my phone so why wasn't my screen protector broken, but the actual screen is? Called me a liar. He wanted me to pay ANOTHER $150 for an iPhone 15 screen!!! Absolutely so messed up. $300 on 2 screens in 2 days in insanity. Totally taking advantage of customers & horrible management. Why would I ever come back here or recommend this place after highway robbery? He is so rude and said there's no manager for me to speak to. Never again. Don't go here. They're clearly scammers. Also, all of the phone cases are sold on Temu. I'm going back today one more time or I'm going to have to go through my bank for fraud.

He also said he couldn't find my original screen, but after I kept insisting, he suddenly found it. Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. Denial cannot. video attached of the flickering and glitches
