Think twice here; serious concerns customers treatment and sales gimmicks…read more The approach can be friendly and accommodating at first, making it seem like they are eager to help. However, that attitude can quickly change when customers question something or decline to purchase additional products. Nick's temperament and treatment of customers can become extremely unprofessional, involving bullying, intimidation, and threats to call the police if customers question the service or product. False Accusations of loitering or causing a disturbance should never be used as intimidation tactics against customers. Customers are encouraged to come in with the impression that service is available, only to be told there is no appointment spot or that the technician isn't available, yet the sales team handle both.  Their focus is more on selling. They spend considerable time pushing products, store credit cards, and unnecessary purchases rather than on the repair. Beware of the quality of replacement parts and materials, it's a temporary fix.  Ask about safety standards, and if a warranty is provided. Cheaper materials should never come at the expense of quality or safety. A repair business should prioritize honest service, reliable repairs, transparency, and respect-not misleading expectations, aggressive sales tactics, credit card pressure, and intimidation. May management takes these concerns seriously to make meaningful improvements for greater business.

He gave me a receipt for a $26.75 deposit on a $53.50 bill. I was told it would arrive on August 24. I called that day in the afternoon but was sent to voice mail. I left a message but was never called back. I drove to Screen Doctor, a 20 minute ride, on August 26 to check on the battery's status, and after he made an online check he told me that it wouldn't arrive until August 28. By August 29 I hadn't heard back, so I called in the late afternoon and was told that he had to go to the shop to see if the battery had arrived. He would call me back in five minutes. He never did. On August 29 I called again and left a another message, this time I was irritated.. Someone got back to me in about five minutes. He said he would go to the shop and check on the battery. He called back a few hours later and said that it had arrived. I told him I'd pay for the battery but I didn't want to have him install it after all the trouble I'd had. I went there today, Sept 1. The tech I saw, who was relaxing with his feet up on the counter, chatting with someone, went in the back room, mumbling something I couldn't understand, and came out telling me it wasn't the right battery. He gave me back my money. Three trips, wasted time, and nothing to show for my effort. I give Screen Doctor 5 negative stars. One of the worst experiences I've had with customer service.
