Excellent work -- absolutely top notch…read more I brought my CR-V to Inferno for a head unit, amplifier, speakers, and subwoofer installation, and everything was completed quickly, cleanly, and professionally. They do much more than audio, too. They also installed my dash cam, trailer hitch, front bull bar, and lights, and everything works exactly as it should. They installed sound deadening in the doors as well, and the difference is huge -- the CR-V is so much quieter on the highway now. The system sounds fantastic. My passengers love it, and it makes long road trips so much more enjoyable. I find myself looking for new songs just to hear how they sound through the system. If you're thinking about working with Inferno, make an appointment. They do things right the first time, happily answer questions, and follow up afterward. Highly recommended.

That happened, so I returned and he quickly fixed it again. Unfortunately, I made a bad TV choice and the issue stuck no matter what. He advised me not keep trying as it wasn't worthwhile financially. However, he offered me a credit for one of the used TVs he was selling, which was a great deal. In short, he has the expertise to fix what can be fixed, and the caring to take care of you (not just try to rack up a bill for himself). Very fair, friendly and helpful.

The…read moreday I brought it to him I had been using it that morning and all the sound was working loudly. He fixed the jack but then told me it don't get loud when pumping up the volume. He did something and messed it up and dared to ask more money in the line of 200. 00 on top of the money he took already. I also gave him my cd player that the belt broke. He replaced the belt then told me the machine had to be re-calibrated and it was a pain in the butt so he wanted another 185.00. So what this guy did was charge me diagnostics charges despite me telling him what exactly was wrong and he confirmed I was correct. I left the cd player there believing it was not worth additional repairs. It was a sony cd player that stored 300. A month later I called sony and told them about this and they told me no such thing needed be done just because the belt broke. I found out that my CD player actually was worth 1200.00 as a classic being sold on amazon and that was what led me to call sony. I found out that he shorted out the pre-amp on my amp when he took it apart.

Sharp Solutions came highly recommended to me by a friend and I am enthusiastically passing this recommendation on. Each and every one of my interactions with the folks at Sharp Solutions was a pleasant one. Positivity reigned; when I walked in with my self-proclaimed "dead" computer, they were quick to remind me there was still hope. When ultimately my issue turned out to be an unavoidable but expensive one, they were helpful in discussing all the options open to me. Supportive in whatever I chose to do, Sharp Solutions was there until my new computer was stocked with all my old files. More of a lifesaver than they may have realized as my recent wedding photos were amongst the data saved. Their quoted prices and deals for the work rendered were more than fair. Communication was clear, open, and honest. Staff are friendly and responsive. This is certainly a "go-to" location for your electronic repair needs. Drop in! You will not regret it!

Unfortunately, after taking payment, he completely stopped responding. I made multiple calls and received no answer. Three weeks later, I went to the store in person only to find a sign on the door stating they wouldn't be back until September. At that point, there had been no communication, no updates, and no way to reach anyone. It has now been four months. I still do not have my computer, no clear explanation of what's going on, and no way to get in touch. My kids have been asking about it, and it's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark after paying upfront. This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience.
