Phone repair issue still not fixed Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. Totally restored my 2015 MacBook pro to full working order on an expedient timeline and at a fair price. Kamran also courteously replaced the battery in my computer with no extra charge, as he opened it and saw it was swollen. I asked Kamran to upgrade the SSD he put in from a 128GB one to a 512GB drive. He graciously agreed to do so again with no extra charge. He is honest, talented, accessible and very willing to work with customers to make things right and I really appreciated his time and expertise. Messed up my phone, scratched it up and eventually my phone died and I had to replaced it. It was basically brand new when he touched it. Replaced back glass, because I dropped it. Within 3 months the phone was dead. read more

Messaged on Saturday morning about a broken charge port for my iPhone 7 plus and Kamran (owner of the shop) responded almost immediately. Fast and friendly service at a fair price (no hidden fees). Update. Face ID no longer works and my phone never worked the same. One glitch after another. Shutdowns, random phone calls, etc. I brought it back to him, he opened it up and said it should be all set. It was not. I had to buy a new phone ($1000) and no responsibility was taken by this business. Lesson learned:go to Apple for iPhone repairs. read more

TERRIBLE. Went to this store with a NEW phone with a small cosmetic issue (crack). Fixed the crack BUT BROKE MY PHONE INSIDE WHILE FIXING. Then, tried to fix their error for about a week by ordering new parts, only to tell me it can't be fixed. I brought it to another place to find out there was a hole in the main operating part and the battery was not the original battery. A $80 fix (refunded) cost me the cost of my new phone PLUS I had to buy another phone to replace their mistake. No accountability on their end. HORRIBLE! read more

I've used Master Phone Fix twice with great results. He replaced the battery in my old iPhone 6S...good as new in ten minutes for $50. Several weeks later he fixed the stuck keys on my expensive Lenovo Yoga laptop. $65, two hours. Close by, listens to the problem, makes the fix fast. Great to have a local genius! read more

DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT bring your phone here! I brought a working two month old iphone that only needed the back glass replaced. It had cracked while taking the cover off. What I got back was a broken phone and told it was not fixable. Gave refund for repair but took no responsiblity for the damages he caused in removing the back case. Turns out he had broken the mother board. Now out the $430.00 paid for the phone. BEWARE! read more
