There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. Unfortunately, after taking payment, he completely stopped responding. I made multiple calls and received no answer. Three weeks later, I went to the store in person only to find a sign on the door stating they wouldn't be back until September. At that point, there had been no communication, no updates, and no way to reach anyone. It has now been four months. I still do not have my computer, no clear explanation of what's going on, and no way to get in touch. My kids have been asking about it, and it's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark after paying upfront. This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience.
